" Akira Shonen. " Allmight called her with a sweat drop as she finally dropped the act, too entertained with herself.

" Akira. Get serious. Do you know why I brought you here?" Aizawa asked seriously folding his hands over his chest.

" Kōchō sensei. I can create organs for him . But I cannot safely keep them in his body without guidance. Even then..... If Allmight is constantly shifting between his muscle form and normal from, the organs will be damaged as they won't get used to his body until some time.
I can't say the exact amount of time he should stay without transforming but I can assume it'll take atleast a few months unless there's some quirk magic accelerating the process.
But then again. I have to use his own blood mixed with mine which is very very hard to manipulate and work enough to bring it to stem cells phase. Like really really hard. Normally, if I make organs from my own cells and keep it in anyone's body, there's a very very high chance the receiver's body would just reject it and need a lot of supplimens regularly. But that would be a case for normal people. He did mention that his quirk is transferable. If he had been given this quirk by someone else like he did to broccoli by dna , then there's high probability his body won't reject organs I made purely out of my own blood. But risk is still a risk no matter how small it is. Just saying.
