Time and tide wait for none is a proverb. A moment once lost is lost forever. Man's life is short but in this short span of time if someone utilizes his time properly he can make his life meaningful. On the other hand, if a man is careless about time, he can never succeed in life. Time runs on and on. No one can stop the wheel of time. From the creation of the universe time has started its journey never to stop. So if someone wants to do some work he has to utilize time. The proper use of time is the main object in a wise man's life. We can make up the loss of health by medicine, the loss of money by hard labour but we cannot snatch the lost time back.
If a student utilizes his time properly, he is sure to succeed in life. Our life is nothing but a total of some years, months, days and moments. If we can avail ourselves of the opportunity of each moment by hard labour and effort we can enrich our life with achievements, pleasure and knowledge. Then that will be a meaningful life to us. We should not postpone today's work till tomorrow. The great men of the world have used their time properly. In fact, it is their proper use of time by which they have become ever memorable. Nothing can be more harmful than the wastage of time. To kill time is to kill oneself. In other words killing time is similar to committing suicide. If a man wastes his time can do nothing valuable in life. A lazy fellow becomes a burden in the society. He must drag a miserable existence in day to day life. Man is not like other lower animals only to fill the belly and be happy. He must find the meaning of his life by doing something valuable for his fellow being. In order to put such contribution everyone must use his time properly.
