Since the day Tara had talked with her friends about what to do with her life, she began going to the office normally. During the first few days after that conversation, she had a few disturbances from her family, as each of them came to the office trying to explain themselves for Venessa's mistake. Tara did not give them much mind, as she only replied with a hum and said she understood.
Her days at the Logan Company were now overly busy, as if someone were pulling the strings, and Tara knew just who it was.
Just like the patriarch did his own thing to take advantage of her, Tara wasn't behind him a bit. She used their ignorance of her not knowing anything and investigated everything about the Logans, including each person as an individual. What confused her most, however, was what Kalon had asked her a few days ago at her villa.
