The black-furred Defiled went limp as a flaming fist tore through its chest.

Brandon wasn't bothered by the message. After all, this wasn't the first time he had seen such a prompt.
He had long reached the limit of attributes, which was 99 — so had the other two. That was why no one was bothered he landed the killing blow.
