Students walk, laugh, scroll on their phones.
News screens flash:

"Government denies existence of 'Veil Phenomenon'…"
Cut to:
A large academy gate.
[Scene 2 – The Academy]
Text appears:
"Veil Academy – Tokyo Division"
Inside:
Students gather in a massive hall.
A Headmaster stands above them.
Headmaster:
"You are not normal humans."
Silence fills the room.
"You have awakened what we call… Veil Abilities."
Some students look excited.
Others… scared.
[Scene 3 – Power Demonstration]
Students are told to demonstrate abilities:
Fire bursts
Wind manipulation
Enhanced speed
Aura pressure shaking the room
A student collapses from overload.
The Headmaster watches calmly.

Suddenly—
A screen glitches.

A mission log appears:

Then it disappears.
No one reacts.
Except one person.

Cut to the back of the hall.
A man leaning against the wall… eyes half-closed.

He looks bored.
Almost asleep.
But his eyes open slightly.

Students train in combat.
Drakila is assigned as an instructor.
He barely explains anything.
Student:
"Are you even qualified to teach us?"
Drakila scratches his head.
"Probably not."
Students laugh.
[Scene 7 – First Fight]
A cocky high-rank student challenges him.
Student:
"I'll show you what real power looks like."
He attacks at full speed.
In one move—
Drakila dodges.
Lightly taps him.
The student collapses instantly.
Silence.
Drakila:
"…you should watch your footing."
He walks away like nothing happened.
[Scene 8 – Observation]
Later…
Drakila sits alone, watching the sky.
His eyes narrow.
"That glitch… wasn't random."
Wind moves slightly.
His shadow… lags behind for a second.
[Scene 9 – Mission Briefing]
Students are assigned their first Veil mission.
Excitement everywhere.
One student looks nervous.
Nervous Student:
"What if we don't come back?"
Everyone laughs it off.
Drakila doesn't.
[Scene 10 – Entering the Veil]
The team steps into a distortion zone.
Reality bends.
The sky darkens.
Sound becomes heavy.
The Veil has been entered.

Back at the academy…
A screen updates:
"MISSION STATUS: FAILED"
"CASUALTIES: UNKNOWN"
Then one line appears…
"ONE SUBJECT MISSING"
Cut to Drakila's face.
No emotion.
Just quiet realization.
