Peter could not react in time.
A flaming figure shot toward him and grabbed him by the waist. He groaned in pain as Human Torch picked him up and sent him flying through multiple walls of a building.
"I know it sounds hypocritical if I say this, but you are too impulsive. You need to learn to relax, buddy," Johnny said, while Spider-Man grunted in annoyance.
Spider-Man grabbed Human Torch by the neck, which surprised him and caused him to begin losing control of the flight because he had given him a deadly headbutt to the nose, causing him to become disoriented.
"That is true, it is very hypocritical of you," Spider-Man said, crashing into a pillar while still holding him by the neck, and beginning to apply more force so that Human Torch would gradually lose his transformation and they would fall to the ground.
Getting up, he stomped on his face so he could not get up again. Little by little the flames began to disperse, revealing an unconscious Johnny Storm.
Spinning on his heels, he quickly extended his arm in one direction, and then his stinger came out with the intention of stabbing someone, but he stopped in time to stare at the empty space in front of him.
"Are you going to stop hiding, Susan Storm or Invisible Woman?"
The empty space he had previously seen began to change to reveal a frozen Susan Storm in a state of shock with her hands outstretched as if she were going to protect herself from something, and that something was the tip of his stinger that was only half a centimeter away from piercing her throat.
"Get lost, Richards. I do not intend to hurt any of you, well, not all of you," he said the last part while shrugging, still not taking his eyes off Susan Storm.
"Put your weapon down, Spider-Man! Get away from Susan and come with us!" Mister Fantastic said while transforming his hands into maces.
"Stay away from Susan!" The Thing demanded while cracking his fists.
"Ha.... Haha.... Hahahaha," Spider-Man started laughing in a strange way which made Susan feel a chill and start to get nervous.
Mister Fantastic and The Thing tensed up, ready for anything. He inclined his head in their direction and spoke to them in a challenging tone. "Make me."
The Thing growled and took a step forward, but Mister Fantastic wrapped his hands around his arm and stopped him.
"Stop it, Ben, he is just bragging, he is just trying to irritate you."
"Grrr." The Thing growled when Mister Fantastic let go of him and turned to look at Spider-Man.
"Look, Spider-Man, just come with us peacefully. We do not want to hurt you. We will let you go once you agree not to hurt.... whatever that thing is."
"Hahahaha," Spider-Man laughed again, which made Richards narrow his eyes. "It is funny.... that you think you can hurt me."
He raised his left leg, preventing Human Torch from grabbing it, then lowered it and stomped on his head, pinning him to the ground.
"Johnny!" Invisible Woman shouted in concern, but he simply moved his arm slightly to make her stay still.
"Are you done pretending, Sleeping Beauty?" He mocked as he retracted his stinger and pushed Susan back, making her fall to the ground and trapping her.
"Susan! You son of a bitch! l..am-oof!" Human Torch tried to get up, but he kicked him in the side of his torso, sending him crashing into a truck.
"You will pay for that!" The Thing exclaimed as he ran to try and tackle him, but Spider-Man simply jumped over him, dodging him, and then landed behind The Thing.
"I am sorry, I did not mean to damage that truck too much."
He connected a web, causing him to turn around, and used another to propel himself toward him.
As he approached, he blocked his vision with a web and kicked him in the back of the leg, forcing him to his knees.
Grabbing him by the head and chest, he used his adhesive powers, then demonstrated his incredible strength by lifting him up and striking The Thing with Mister Fantastic, trapping him beneath The Thing.
He spun on his leg, avoiding Human Torch, before jumping and somersaulting to hit him in the face with a kick and knocking him down on the other two men who were trying to get up.
"And the crowd goes wild!" He exclaimed while raising his hands and waving them, passing from side to side near the three disoriented males. "Spidey! Spidey! Spidey!"
Once he had finished messing around, he jumped and in the air prepared his fist, which began to resemble a Chidori, before delivering a Superman punch to The Thing's face that sent him flying to another building. The force of the punch not only tore off a good part of his rocky face but also knocked him unconscious.
"Ben-...." Human Torch started, but he did not give Human Torch a moment to react when he stomped on his left foot, trapping him in place, then grabbed Mister Fantastic's face and started squeezing.
He had tried to escape but was unsuccessful because he had caught him at the perfect moment, just as Johnny was about to activate his power. He headbutted him and punched him in the stomach, making him double over in pain.
He had to be careful with his newfound strength so as not to accidentally kill any of them; his body was still adjusting to the changes, and he did not know how far they could go.
Pulling his fist back, he landed a hook on Human Torch's face, staggering him, but he could not retreat because he had pinned his leg down with his foot.
Then he began to unleash a series of calculated blows to each spot while some of the flames that previously appeared on him began to flicker.
Human Torch struggled to stay conscious while he subjected him to brutal punishment, but finally surrendered when he lifted his foot, then jumped and kicked him in the side of the face, knocking him down onto the road.
"Gasp. Gasp." Mister Fantastic gasped when he could finally breathe, lifting his face, his eyes filled with anger as he glared at him, then transformed his hands into maces. "I warned you!"
"And I love you too," Spider-Man replied casually as he did a backflip, avoiding the incoming attack. Upon landing, he shot a web at Mister Fantastic's chest and pulled him toward him. "Now you see me! And now...."
Performing acrobatic maneuvers worthy of Nightwing,he avoided being hit or caught by Mister Fantastic's elastic limbs, slowly closing the distance. He moved his hand back as Richards raised his hands to form a shield and block his attack, but before he could strike, the eyes of Mister Fantastic suddenly opened wide as he saw Spider-Man disappear.
"What?!" The young man with elastic powers tried to understand what had just happened, which had left him with a big question mark over his head. He never expected, nor would he ever expect, Spider-Man to appear behind him with his hands tilted back, buzzing with red bioelectricity.
"Can you not see me?" Spider-Man said as he punched him in the back.
"AHHHH!" Mister Fantastic screamed as his body shuddered in pain, briefly losing his motor functions.
Taking advantage of that moment, he wrapped his body except for his head with webbing, increased the production of bioelectricity, and proceeded to electrocute him.
"Reed!" Invisible Woman screamed in panic as she tried to escape the confines of her web prison while watching Spider-Man electrocute her coworker until he was roasted.
Looking down, she concentrated as she manifested a thin force field within the webbing, and as she did so, she ended up outside her confines.
As she stood up, her hands glowed as she prepared to fight him. "Enough, Spider-Man! Fight me!"
He stopped the electrocution when he turned to look at Susan approaching him.
"You will never get away with this, Spider-Man!" Mister Fantastic spoke in an irregular manner, his body sinking like molten plastic as he could not control his motor functions. "The Fantastic Four stopped you-...."
"Yeah, shut your mouth, this is not your business or your enormous ego's business, and yet you still want to interfere. It is only fair that you come out of your lab today! Why not another day?" He cut him off mid-sentence, shot another web mixed with a different kind of poison, a poison that spread through the cocoon as Mister Fantastic's eyes opened in realization.
"Poison?!"
"You eat what you know," he replied as his hands began to glow with bioelectricity. "Only this type of venom is different, it is more.... for fireworks."
He sent a spark of electricity and Mister Fantastic watched with a mixture of horror and awe as time stood still for him.
He watched as the red beam approached him and connected with the cocoon. He felt the jolt, but it was nothing compared to what followed when the electricity made contact with the poison. All he saw was orange.
Boom.
A small explosion rocked the world of Mister Fantastic when he suffered the same fate as his two other male friends and was discarded as a mess of tangled elastic limbs.
"NOOO!" Invisible Woman screamed in horror as she ran toward him in a fit of rage.
'Young people today only give in to anger when something bad happens to them or their loved ones,' he thought as he turned to Invisible Woman to confront her, but Cortana intervened with an alert.
"Peter! The Goblin is trying to escape!" she said urgently.
