Ryan, who had been silent all along, patted the panicked Harry and 'comforted' him:

"Don't worry, Harry. Although Peter does know about this, he doesn't blame you, nor has he chosen to seek revenge against your father. You are still his best friend."

Hearing this, Harry felt even more guilty instead.

His own father had killed Peter's parents, yet Peter not only didn't blame him but, even as Spider-Man with the power to seek revenge, chose not to kill his father for vengeance...

This pure soul was comparable to gold!

In contrast, after obtaining Venom and gaining power, he only thought about revenge...

The difference between him and Peter was immediately clear...

Seeing Harry's silence, Dr. Connors thought he was still immersed in sadness and self-blame. As a man of science, he didn't know how to comfort people, so he could only change the subject:

"Harry, you shouldn't put all the blame on your father. After all, Osborn Enterprises isn't run by your father alone. The various things Osborn Enterprises has done could also be the work of the Osborn Board of Directors."

"Especially in recent years, as your father's condition worsened, those on the board have long been restless. Even I have been approached by them for talks several times, wanting me to deliberately slow down the research progress of the lizard regeneration serum so that your father would die sooner from his illness..."

"I didn't agree to them at the time, but I'm also sorry that Norman ultimately couldn't hold on until I perfected the lizard regeneration serum and passed away due to an accident..."

As he spoke, Dr. Connors hesitated for a moment and added, "Actually, Harry, I don't think your father's death was an accident..."

Hearing the last sentence, Harry's spirits lifted, finally breaking free from his guilt toward Peter. He asked thoughtfully, "Doctor, what do you mean?"

Dr. Connors boldly stated his suspicion:

"Harry, think about it. First of all, your Osborn Manor has a dedicated 24-hour security team protecting Norman. The possibility of a fire in Osborn Manor is virtually non-existent, let alone a massive fire that burned the entire security team to death all at once."

"It's too unreasonable, isn't it?"

"Secondly, after seeing the news, I investigated related reports. In an obscure interview from a small newspaper, I saw that residents near your manor said they actually heard explosions that day, but that news was quickly taken down."

"This is clearly someone trying to hide something deliberately."

"Add to that the precedent from eight years ago when Peter's parents were murdered but disguised by Osborn Enterprises as a plane crash accident, I think your father's death this time is also very likely to have been done intentionally by someone..."

"And this suspicion of mine became even more certain after you returned and were targeted everywhere, even being kicked out of the company..."

"As for who could do this and has the motive, I can only think of one..."

"That is the Board of Directors of Osborn Enterprises!"

Hearing the name Dr. Connors uttered, Harry's face remained terrifyingly calm, without even a hint of surprise.

He was just a bit naive, not an idiot.

Having gone through so much, he had long suspected the high-level executives of Osborn Enterprises.

And the words of Dr. Connors, an insider, merely provided a confirmation to the answer in Harry's heart.

Harry nodded gratefully to Dr. Connors: "Dr. Connors, thank you very much for telling me this. I will handle the rest myself."

Hearing this, Dr. Connors' eyes widened slightly as he guessed what Harry wanted to do. He hurriedly said, "Handle it? Wait, Harry, are you planning to..."

Before Dr. Connors could finish, Ryan placed a hand on his shoulder, interrupting the persuasion the doctor was about to offer, and said calmly:

"Doctor, Harry is an adult now. He can make his own choices and has the ability to realize them, so please don't interfere with his own choices, alright?"

"Also, Doctor, I've already cleaned up the matters regarding you. You are free again. You should be able to see the police announcement tonight regarding the end of the Lizard Man incident."

"But I suggest you wait a couple of days before going home, until Harry finishes handling his company's internal affairs, to avoid being chosen by the Osborn board as the next candidate for an 'accident'."

Harry followed up, "That's right, Dr. Connors. They are ruthless and won't even spare their own people, so they definitely won't spare you either. Wait until I finish handling this matter, and I will personally bring you back to Osborn Enterprises!"

Hearing this, Dr. Connors looked at Harry, appearing hesitant and somewhat awkward.

Could he say that he had actually already switched jobs and didn't plan on returning to Osborn Enterprises? But clearly, Harry had no intention of listening to his answer and was already walking out in a hurry.

What he wanted to do was already very obvious.

But just as Harry was about to walk out of the underground gym, a strand of Spider Silk shot from behind him, exploding at the exit in front of him to form a blocking web.

Harry was stunned and looked back at Ryan, frowning, "Brother, even you want to stop me?"

Ryan walked up to Harry and gave him a two-fingered flick on the forehead, a move extremely familiar to Peter.

Amidst Harry's cry of pain, Ryan said calmly:

"Of course not. Since I gave you the power of revenge and led you to know the 'truth', I naturally won't stop you from seeking it."

"On the contrary, I plan to go with you to deal with those sons of bitches."

"But do you really think it's a good time for revenge when it's only midday?"

Hearing this, Harry looked down at the Rolex on his wrist and scratched his head at Ryan sheepishly:

"That seems true. In movies, revenge is usually carried out at night. We should wait until night to act..."

Ryan's eye twitched as he shook his head.

They really weren't the same kind of people; they couldn't relate at all.

There was a reason Peter and Harry could become best friends.

Both of them loved using movies to talk about reality...

Before, there was the MCU's Peter using the Alien movie method to outsmart Ebony Maw, the leader of Thanos' Black Order.

Now, there was Harry from this Universe, using movie logic to think that revenge should be carried out at night.

But the process wasn't important as long as the result was correct...

As for now...

Ryan gave Harry a mischievous smile: "Harry, while there are still a few hours until night, I'll give you some crash training first."

Harry was a bit confused: "Crash training? How?"

Bang!

Just as Harry voiced his question, he felt a pain in his stomach and was sent flying backward.

After several black tentacles extended from his back to brace against the ground so he wouldn't fall flat on his face, Harry stared at Ryan, who was retracting his leg, with a forehead full of black lines.

So that's what he meant by 'crash' training!

The emphasis was on the 'crash' part, wasn't it...
