Chapter 377 - Chapter 377: Dormammu: "Human, I'm here to negotiate!"

Seeing this, Dormammu was naturally furious.

He really wanted to stop Ancient One's homewrecking behavior, but he couldn't!

Because that damn silver giant was clinging to him like a maggot on a corpse, preventing him from freeing up his hands to deal with Ancient One's homewrecking antics!

At this moment, he felt like a helpless husband from a sunken island nation, utterly powerless to stop the bald hoodlum who had broken into his home, Ancient One, and forced to watch helplessly as this bald intruder wantonly toyed with his "beloved"!

"Get the hell away from me!!!"

Dormammu roared, endless dark power gathering around his fist, and unleashed a punch at Ryan blocking his path.

"Heh, do you think this is child's play? Whoever shouts louder wins?"

Ryan sneered. Without dodging, he reshaped the infinite six rings on his left hand from a shield into a gauntlet and slammed a punch right back at Dormammu!

In the Dark Dimension, your power might be near-infinite, but with the Infinity Stones, don't I also have infinite energy?!

As the fists of two beings at the apex below the Multiversal level collided, an unimaginable explosion erupted.

The purplish-black light of dark power and the six-colored glow of the Infinity Stones practically filled the entire Dark Dimension.

Countless Planets that had been swallowed and assimilated into the Dark Dimension by Dormammu, along with the low-level Dark Dimension lifeforms living on them, were reduced to utter nothingness under this straightforward clash of fists, leaving not even ash behind!

Once the shockwaves dissipated, a vast swath of the Dark Dimension surrounding Dormammu and Ryan had been completely cleared; not a single dark Planet, usually visible now and then, could be seen!

Coming back to his senses, Dormammu's expression turned exceedingly dark.

These were all Planets he had painstakingly devoured one by one from the Universe—every single Planet was a source of his power!

Now, with just a single punch, a massive portion had been wiped out! At least a thousand years of hard work had gone down the drain. How the hell could he tolerate this?!

Now Dormammu was beginning to regret fighting this guy inside his own dimension!

He had originally thought that inside his own realm, holding every possible advantage, he could finish off his opponent in no time.

But he really hadn't expected a mere human to be monstrously strong like this!

Furthermore, this human was an ultimate all-rounder; no matter what dirty tricks he pulled, none of them worked on the guy!

Dormammu's expression shifted repeatedly before he finally gritted his teeth and backed down:

"Human, stop! Let's talk. I don't want Earth anymore. We declare a truce right now, and you get the hell out of my Dark Dimension with that damn bald head!"

Ryan rested all-black the necrosword on his shoulder and shook his head flatly. "No way. It's like I said: unless you hand over half of your authority over the Dark Dimension to me, there is no chance I'm settling with you!"

"Half your authority?! Why don't you just fucking rob me?!" Dormammu spat furiously.

Ryan said calmly, "What did you think I broke into the Dark Dimension for?"

*Fuck! You really are here to rob me!*

Dormammu was so enraged he felt ready to burst, but thinking it through, if he kept fighting this guy, putting aside whether he could actually defeat him in the end...

...he, the "richest man" of the Dark Dimension, would probably end up as its "most indebted man." So he suppressed the fire in his heart and tried to explain as gently as possible:

"Although I hold most of the authority over the Dark Dimension and am its strongest monarch, that doesn't mean the entire Dark Dimension belongs to me. Asking me to give you half of the authority—how is that any different from handing the Dark Dimension over to you entirely?!"

Hearing this, Ryan stroked his chin, seemingly deep in thought.

After a moment, Ryan nodded. "Transferring the Dark Dimension to me isn't out of the question. But I'm used to being a hands-off boss and don't have time to manage it, so just hand the transfer paperwork over to Ancient One and let her manage the Dark Dimension for me."

Dormammu: ???

*I was fucking being sarcastic, and you fucking took it seriously?!*

Seeing Dormammu's bewildered expression, Ryan stopped teasing the big lug and smiled. "Like I said, don't make reckless promises you can't keep. You're supposed to be the ruler of the Dark Dimension, yet your credit score on Earth probably isn't high enough to unlock a shared bicycle!"

"You're playing me?!" Dormammu finally realized, his face twisting in fury.

"Otherwise? Did you really think I'd believe your bullshit about giving up on Earth as long as I leave?" Ryan flashed Dormammu a universal friendly gesture with his finger.

"For me, an enemy's best promise is always when they are lying in a grave, with the promise carved on their tombstone!"

"So you're saying there's nothing to talk about, and you want a fight to the death?!" Dormammu's face grew ferocious.

Ryan wagged his middle finger at him. "No, no, no. Your net will break, but a shark like me won't die!"

"Arrogant! Too arrogant! In that case, neither of you is leaving today! Even if I have to pay an excruciatingly heavy price, I will keep you two bastards here forever!"

Dormammu panted heavily, his deep purple eyes turning crimson. His terrifying mouth gaped open, revealing a black-hole-like abyss within!

Next, Ryan felt as though the entire Dark Dimension came "alive." Dark power swirled past him, surging into Dormammu's abyssal mouth, condensing into strands of purple glow that made even Ryan's heart skip a beat!

Clearly, Dormammu was charging up an ultimate move!

Ryan narrowed his eyes and tried slashing at Dormammu. However, the energy wave erupted from all-black the necrosword was swallowed into Dormammu's black-hole mouth just like the surrounding dark power, actually becoming fuel for his charge!

Even when he didn't use energy attacks and swung his sword physically, his attack was repelled by a force field of energy.

This made Ryan raise an eyebrow. "An ultimate move with invincibility frames? That's so unreasonable!"

At this time, Ancient One also stopped absorbing dark power and came to Ryan's side:

"Ryan, it seems you've gone a bit too far this time. What Dormammu is gathering is the origin power of the Dark Dimension, the purest dark energy in the realm. This power predates even the emergence of the Infinity Stones. This hit from him might hurt a little, you know~"

Hearing this, Ryan wasn't afraid. Instead, he shot Ancient One a glance:

"I have the Infinity Stones, the destroyer armor, plus my invincible physique built up along my journey. No matter how terrifying Dormammu's strike is, as long as it hasn't reached the Multiversal level, it won't pose a fatal threat to me. I have something to rely on."

"But Sorcerer Ancient One, you haven't left yet—who gave you such confidence?"

Ancient One gave a faint smile. "I've absorbed dark energy and gained a portion of the Dark Dimension's origin authority, making me half a dark creature myself. I have a natural resistance to dark power attacks, so I shouldn't die either..."
