Chapter 1 - I RELY ON MY INVINCIBLE BROTHERS

Chapter 1 : The Young Master of the Celestial WorldThe Celestial World is a realm of jagged, jade-colored peaks and rivers that flow with liquid spiritual essence. It is a place where power isn't just a luxury; it is the very air one breathes. In this world, the Kong name carries the weight of mountains. My five older brothers are the undisputed sovereigns of the three realms, figures so formidable that their mere presence can silence a battlefield.

We lost our parents when I was barely old enough to remember their faces. Since then, my brothers have been my sky. They are geniuses, paragons of cultivation who can split the heavens with a flick of a finger. And then there is me—Kong Li.

I am the anomaly. The one born with veins as thin as silk and a talent that barely flickers. Yet, my brothers do not look down on me. Instead, they harbor a protective streak that borders on madness. To them, my smile is worth the destruction of a thousand sects.

My life changed on a day heavy with mist. I was wandering the high cliffs of the Immortal Reach, seeking solitude, when the ground gave way. I remember the rush of wind, the terrifying blur of grey stone, and then… nothingness.

The AwakeningI woke in my own chambers, the scent of calming incense thick in the air. My head throbbed, but beneath the pain, a cold, mechanical voice resonated within my skull.

[System Initializing...]

A flicker of cerulean light manifested before my eyes, coalescing into a translucent screen. I scrambled back, my heart hammering against my ribs. "What is this? Who's there?"

[I am the Strongest Town-Building System,] the voice echoed, devoid of emotion. [My purpose is to guide the Host to become the supreme ruler of the mortal realm. Complete missions to gain strength beyond your wildest dreams.]

A golden notification flashed:

[Ding! First Quest: Establish a Town.]

Condition: Become the Lord of a settlement.

Reward: Talent-Increasing Pill.

Penalty for Failure: Host Death.

The threat sent a chill down my spine. "Host death?" I whispered. If I wanted to survive—and finally step out of my brothers' shadows—I had to move.

The Lord's AmbitionI walked out of my room to find my fifth brother, Kong Chen, standing guard. He was a man of silver hair and eyes like polished flint. The moment he saw me, he pulled me into a bone-crushing hug.

"Li! You reckless boy," he scolded, though his voice trembled with relief. "Why did you go to the mountains alone?"

"I was bored, Brother," I said, leaning into his strength. Then, I looked him in the eye. "I want your help. I've decided… I want to be a Lord. I want a town of my own to rule."

Chen blinked, surprised, but a proud smirk touched his lips. He signaled to his lead assistant, a formidable cultivator named Zhao. "Find a town. Make my brother its Lord. If anyone objects, inform them of the consequences."

The Conquest of ClearstreamWe traveled for half a day until we reached a bustling settlement nestled in a fertile valley. It was a prosperous place, but it lacked a true master. As I walked through the market, my eyes landed on a woman standing near the central fountain. She was breathtaking, with eyes like dark emeralds and a regal bearing that demanded attention.

In the Celestial World, we take what we desire. I stepped forward and gripped her arm. "You," I said, my voice ringing with newfound authority. "I am going to marry you."

She recoiled, her eyes flashing with fire as she delivered a stinging slap across my cheek. "I am the daughter of the Town Chief! How dare a vagrant lay hands on me?"

Zhao stepped forward, his hand moving toward his sword, but I raised a hand to stop him. A crowd began to gather, whispering in hushed, terrified tones. Within minutes, the Town Chief arrived, flanked by a dozen armed guards.

"Release my daughter," the Chief bellowed, his face purple with rage. "Surround them!"

I felt a surge of cold fury. These people did not understand who stood before them. I looked at Zhao. "Show them the gap between heaven and earth."

Zhao didn't speak. He simply pointed a single finger toward the distant northern peak. A beam of compressed spiritual energy erupted from his fingertip, silent and blinding. A second later, the mountaintop vanished in a roar of white light and pulverizing stone.

The silence that followed was absolute. The Chief's guards dropped their spears; the villagers fell to their knees, trembling.

"I came for a wife," I said, looking down at the kneeling Chief. "But now, I will take the town as well. I am your Lord. Do you object?"

The Chief looked at the smoking ruins of the mountain, then at Zhao. His pride crumbled. "No, My Lord. I will… I will step down. My daughter is yours."

The girl cried out in protest, but her father silenced her with a sharp look. "It is for the survival of our people," he hissed.

A Night of Two SystemsThe wedding was hurried, fueled by fear and ancient tradition. By nightfall, I was led to a secluded estate at the edge of town. My new wife stood by the bed, her frame shaking, her eyes darting toward the door.

I didn't offer comfort. I moved toward her, the weight of my new power thrumming in my veins. I locked the door, the click echoing in the silent room. As I claimed what was mine, the world outside ceased to exist.

As the first light of dawn crept through the window, another voice shattered the silence in my mind.

[Ding! Reproduction System Successfully Bound!]

I froze. "Another one?"

[The more offspring the Host produces, the more powerful the Host becomes. Every child born of the Host will be a Heavenly Son of Fortune.]

Before I could process this, the first system chimed in.

[Ding! Mission Complete: Town Established. Reward: Talent-Increasing Pill.]

A shimmering jade pill appeared in my palm. I swallowed it without hesitation. Immediately, my meridians expanded, burning with a fierce, transformative heat. I felt my very essence being rewritten. I was no longer the "least talented" brother.

I looked at my wife, who was still deep in an exhausted sleep. I reached out a hand to wake her, but the sun was already high. It was time to return home—briefly.

We walked to the town gates where the villagers were gathered. They watched us with a mix of relief and lingering dread, hoping their nightmare was leaving with me. I paused at the threshold, glancing back at the Chief and the weeping people.

"Don't look so happy," I said with a thin, sharp smile. "I'm going to see my brothers. But I will be back to rule this town properly."

The color drained from their faces as I led my exhausted wife toward the horizon, the systems in my head already whispering of the empire yet to come.
