Levize thought, I should protect her at any cost. There is no real threat like—killing her But just in case, I need to be ready. What could possibly make Levize nervous enough that he thinks he needs to be ready?
Speaking of which, there seems to be no one who could oppose him. He is the strongest in this world—even compared to all seven worlds, there is no man who could stand in his way. If Levize thought of conquering another world, nothing could stop him: not the countries' armies, not the specially trained warriors, or even the tree of the respective world. If Levize thought of destroying it, it would just erase from the picture of this realm.
So what could make him anxious? What could make him on edge? What makes him still move forward? He thought of the strange voice he heard—he thought something very important was going to happen soon. But I can't remember who said it, and I have difficulties when I try to remember what I heard. It's good to be on alert, after all. I cannot afford another one of those battles!
He glanced at the queen for the last time and said, "I'll be going, my mother. I am sorry for always making you do this and hurt you." Then he left the room and descended to come outside the palace. He came out gliding and went towards the darkness as the luminescence of the tree became dimmer and dimmer. The warm embrace of the tree slightly disappearing. He reached a place where it started to glow again, but it wasn't the same luminous sky-blue color. The glow here was in amethyst—purple. It seemed to be a drifted branch, cut off from the main tree.
As he got near the structure, it seemed to be burning underwater. Certain places in the structure where it needed to be illuminated were burning with amethyst fire. As he reached the entrance, there was no door to it, and some places seemed cracked and damaged—like a true broken vessel. But inside the main entrance, it seemed beautifully decorated. While entering, Levize thought, Well, it changed quite a bit from last time.
There seemed to be six rooms in the great structure: three floors, with three rooms on the ground, two on the first, and one on the top floor. He glided to the top-floor room, opened the door, and there seemed to be a whole new world. There was a pond-like structure—even underwater—and a place to sit and eat. There seemed to be another door leading to the backside of the branch.
After looking at the room for a while, Levize blanked his mind and went straight to the pond. He jumped into the hot water. The bottom of the pond seemed to be burning with the same purple flame, but this one was slightly different—like it obeyed the will of the one who unleashed it, which was Levize. He seemed to be enjoying his time in the pond. His muscles released hot gases, and he refreshed himself in it. He walked out of the pond and went near a classical wooden chair. There was a black scarf on the chair; he took it and wore it on both shoulders, then sat on the chair, which very slightly matched his stature. He closed his eyes.
Suddenly, a large flash hit his eyes multiple times! He seemed to have a severe headache and almost fell to the floor. "Ahh! I thought it would be less—at least for some time! Shit!" This was what Levize saw every time he closed his eyes to relax, without the queen's power.
He straightened himself up and whispered some sounds: [.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.] Suddenly, there was a cut in his hand, and his white blood spread in the water, forming a circle. The circle of blood divided itself into five pieces and rushed to the door, going down in all directions. Levize thought, Is it really necessary every time? He yawned in the water.
Suddenly, five men showed up at the door of the room where Levize was and kneeled on the floor. "Why can't you guys show up yourselves? Is this necessary every time?" A man with white hair stood up and said, "It's okay, sir. It's an honor to be called upon like this with the blood of our god."
Hearing that, Levize's face suddenly became a little serious, with a glint of anger in his eyes. "Stop talking about things you shouldn't, Kavin! It's inappropriate!" Kavin didn't seem bothered by his disdain and bowed his head. "My apologies, sir. We come to greet you."
"Yeah, yeah. You didn't go hunting and spent time with your families while I was gone, did you?" Everyone seemed slightly reluctant, and Kavin said, "No, sir. We went for a small hunt."
Hearing that, Levize was slightly unhappy. "I told you guys to stay with your families and spend some time with them! Why did you even marry if you're like this? If they come to me to complain about you this time, I can't let you guys off the hook!"
Hearing that, Kavin's face suddenly turned irritated, but after that, he said, "But sir, the others have made progress. Leo was able to kill a cleaver this time." Levize was slightly proud and called Leo. He looked the youngest in the group; he had dark green hair and eyes matching it. He came forward and said, "Sir, it's good to see you're well."
"What could possibly happen to me?" Levize replied. Hearing that, Leo had a faint smile on his face. Levize said, "Good work, Leo. Make yourself stronger and call the others to come in."
Hearing that, the other three members came in. Two of them had white hair and eyes just like Kavin; their names were Robin and Ravi.
Robin seemed to be the oldest in the group and had a good physique with sharp features, even in his age.
Ravi was like a simple man, but he had a weapon at his side—just like Levize.
The weapons in the worlds are classified as man-etched, naturally etched, and god-etched. Man-etched weapons are simple, made out of sound and whispers by great craftsmiths; the quality can differ according to the creator. Naturally etched weapons are created by sounds produced naturally in the sea; a warrior who can synchronize with it can unveil its form from nature and use it. God-etched weapons are one of a kind and only obtained through impossible trials once its woven into existence—there's no way they can be diminished. They cannot be controlled by human knowledge, and to comprehend the power, the weapon has to acknowledge the wielder. That's how this weapons can be distinguished, but there are some exceptions, like a really powerful naturally etched weapon that can also never be diminished into sounds. Ravi seemed to be possessing one of those, seeing his weapon hanging there.
Levize asked, "How is your saber? Is it still good to handle?" Ravi bowed his head and said, "It's really plenty, and I'm improving more these days." "Good," Levize replied.
As the last one entered the room, he seemed to have dark hair with a reddish gradient; his name was Ares. He greeted Levize and bowed slightly. These five are a special team under Levize's oversight. They go on ridiculous journeys to obtain the target and the most cruel voyages of the Kayal world—and in requests from other worlds, they go on journeys to other worlds to eliminate the target.
This branch belongs to Levize to take care of the five members of the team. They don't particularly have a name; they are just known to be deadly, so the tribe people used to call them that. The branches are significant parts of the world's tree, cut off from the main tree and given life force by the power of the creator. Only creators can solely reside in a branch, and in this branch—seemingly the biggest of all known branches—even the five members of the team live with their families. In this branch, Kavin is also a creator; the others are yet to be.
"It's good to make progress in yourselves, but never neglect your family for anything. A man who doesn't care about his family is careless, and men should never be careless. So take care of them." Hearing it, everyone bowed and left.
Kavin seemed reluctant and waited behind. He said,
"Sir, can I ask you something?"
