Chapter 1 - “A Journey That Changed Everything”

PART:- 1

David had always dreamed of going to Canada. Ever since he was a child, he imagined snow-covered mountains, quiet streets, and a fresh start far away from his small, busy hometown.

The day finally came.

With a mix of excitement and nervousness, David sat by the airplane window, watching the clouds pass by. His heart was racing—new country, new life, new everything.

But little did he know… something unexpected was about to happen.

During the long flight, a girl came and sat beside him. She looked calm, her eyes quietly observing the world outside. She had a soft smile that made her seem kind without even speaking.

After a few minutes of silence, she turned to him and said,

"First time traveling?"

David smiled nervously. "Yeah… is it that obvious?"

She laughed softly. "A little."

Her name was Emma.

As hours passed, they started talking more—about dreams, fears, favorite music, and why they were going to Canada. David shared how he wanted to build a better future, while Emma revealed she was going there to study and start her own journey.

Somehow, time flew.

What felt like a few minutes turned into hours of laughter, deep conversations, and comfortable silence. It was strange… David felt like he had known her forever.

When the plane finally landed, reality hit.

They had to go their separate ways.

Standing at the airport, holding their luggage, neither of them wanted to say goodbye.

"So… this is it," David said quietly.

Emma smiled, but her eyes were a little sad. "Maybe not."

She took a small piece of paper and wrote something on it.

"My number," she said. "Canada is big… but maybe not that big."

David's heart felt lighter. "Yeah… maybe not."

As they walked in different directions, David realized something important—

He came to Canada to find a new life…

But maybe, just maybe, he had already found something even more special on the way.

To be continued...
