Hadrian Peverell, the Master of Death, assembled the three Deathly Hallows when he transmigrated to the world of Harry Potter. Before this life, He is an above average student studying Engineering. He read novels, manga, etc for his entertainment. For some unknown reason he died and went to Harry Potter world to become the Boy who lived, Harry Potter
He studied magic along with the main cast . He finally defeated Voldemort. He did not believe the legend of the Deathly hallows but He later realised he became the master of death. Later he withdrew from the public view to understand himself. He changed his name to Hadrian Peverell .He become more and more powerful as days go by. He became the concept of the death itself. His magic become so strong that whatever he wishes his magic makes it happen.
He become more like a godly being. He thought since Harry Potter world exists, there are other worlds also. After researching the veil, He tried to go to other worlds. He found that He became the person with highest authority related to death. He continued his travel and keep on becoming strong.
One day he felt a powerful fluctuation of luck. This kind of luck is like a luck of a protagonist of a story. since He used to be a protagonist of a story, He wanted to see if he knew the person. After seeing it is Huo Yuhao, Hadrian has an idea. He remembered the plot of Douluo Dalu 2 and also the plans of the great Tang buddha . He wants to mess with Tang San. He wants to see Yuhao develop in a different way . He want to see what happens in this world if Yuhao develops in a different way.
He plans to enter Yuhao's inner world like Electrolux and give him a 3rd spirit a magic wand. Magic works when emotions are properly applied. In the plot, it is mentioned that Yuhao is innately talented in the emotion related laws. Even Rong Nianbing mentioned it.
Currently, He is in the Douluo Universe. He is at the peak strength of universe.So, he plans to stay in back and watch most of the time except messing with Tang San.
He found out Tang San is currently at the god realm hub to observe Douluo Continent to see if his plans are going smooth.
Hadrian saw this and remembered the location of this hub. He took out his wand and attacked Tang San from a distance he could not observe

After the spell hit him , He came to douluo planet and entered Yuhao's inner world.
Just before entering, He cast obliviate spell to remove memories of Tang Ya and Bei Bei. He modified their memories such that they felt some unknown danger and left Star Dou forest. They will come for proper spirit ring someday later. He also want to do something about Tang Ya and her Tang sect.
He then entered the Inner world of Yuhao to talk with him .
