Leo's perspective:
Leo stood in the ruins of the vault, the white foam crunching under his expensive boots. He didn't look angry; he looked delighted. He picked up the discarded screwdriver Yuna had used as a lever and twirled it between his fingers.
"She broke the vacuum seal with a sonic pulse? My, my... she's gotten even more creative."
A voice crackled over his earpiece. "Sir, the extraction team failed. The Heir assisted her. They've vanished into the North Woods."
Leo stared at the empty pedestal where the drive had been. "Let them run. A hunt is only fun when the prey thinks it has a chance. And Jaxon Thorne? He just handed me the perfect leverage to dismantle his father's board of directors."
He stepped over the unconscious guards, whistling a low, haunting tune. "The game hasn't ended, ARES. It just moved to a bigger board."
