*A Few Years Later Alex Turned 10 Years Old*
(Alex POV)
'Finally after everything it's time for me to get my very first starter pokemon im very excited for this moment of mine.' Happily speaking to himself.
Alex walks around outside of his backyard thinking. 'I need to get my very first pokemon now, however I've realized something there's Charmander,Bulbasaur and Squrtle however one of my favorite starter pokemon was actually Charmander.'
The reason why Alex wanted Charmander was because he loved Charizard not just the he can Mega Evolve,Gigantamax, Z-Moves etc back in his previous life Alex was considered a genius and prodigy.
Now that he thought about it Alex was undefeated back in his Middle School days nobody dared to challenge him not even his friends or family did anymore.
'Ah, I miss those Middle School days when he I was considering undefeated it kinda makes me sound like Leon.'
He chuckles to himself just thinking about it.
'Just you wait I will get my starter pokemon Charmander!'
'After that my journey will begin in this new world that I am in.'
'However Reds Charizard and Leons Charizard are something else they are very overpowered.' He mumbles to himself while thinking.
'Leon is too overpowered. I'm specifically talking about the Masters 8 tournament in the anime that's happening right now, but Leon's strength as a trainer is taken to ridiculous levels. Every trainer he's faced up until now (except Ash) he's beaten with little to zero difficulty. Keep in mind these are both champion-level opponents'
'Leon vs Alain: Leon loses one out of three Pokemon in this match, and it's only because Alain sent out his Ace (Mega Charizard X) to deal with it. As soon as Leon sends out his Charizard, Alain is doomed to an eternity of suck, because Leon's BASE Charizard oneshots Alain's Mega Charizard X.'
'This is the same Mega Charizard that defeated 10 mega evolved Pokemon in a row, and later went on to beat Ash's Greninja. Leon's Charizard no diffed it without even having to Gigantamax.'
'Leon vs Diantha: Ash and co. fuck around for a bit and then come back to the stadium to see Leon crushing Diantha 5 to 2, soon after being 5 to 1 as Rillaboom fucking spin kicks Goodra into the backrooms. Diantha mega evolves Gardevoir as a last ditch effort only for Leon to send out his beeg Charizard of death and smear Gardevoir across the fabric of reality.'
'That's exactly why Leon isn't a normal Pokemon Trainer he used to be the World Champion Ash Ketchum barely beated him with his Pikachu.'
He smirks to himself while looking up. 'However that's not gonna stop me! Because someday I will become the Pokemon Master no matter what happens!'

(Hayden's POV)
Walking alone along the dirt path behind Pallet Town, Hayden kept his hands in his pockets, eyes narrowed in thought.
'Alex… he's changed. A lot.'
He kicked a pebble forward, watching it bounce.
'Back then he was an idiot. Loud, clueless, always doing something stupid. But now? He's sharper. Smarter. Focused. It's like he woke up one day and decided to stop being a clown.'
Hayden exhaled slowly.
'And I can't fall behind.'
His fingers curled into a fist.
'Gary Oak taught me that. If you want to stand at the top, you don't wait for strength — you chase it. You take it. You earn it.'
A faint blue glow flickered in Hayden's eyes — subtle, but unmistakable. A spark of something dormant. Something awakening.
'Alex… you're not the only one who's changed.'
He smirked.
'When we both get our starters… that's when it begins. Our rivalry. Our real journey.'
The wind shifted, rustling the grass around him.
'Charmander, huh? Figures he'd pick something flashy. But me…'
Hayden's smirk widened.
'I already know who I'm choosing.'
He turned toward the direction of Professor Oak's lab, the blue light in his eyes pulsing once before fading.
'Let's see who shines brighter, Alex.'

Alex stretched his arms, excitement buzzing through him like electricity.
'Today's the day. My first partner. My first step. My first real moment in this world.'
He looked toward the rising sun.
'Charmander… I'm coming for you.'
He took a deep breath.
'And Leon… Red… Ash…'
His eyes sharpened.
'I'm coming for all of you too.'
Alex stepped forward.
His journey had finally begun.
