Lin Ming brought the three Jade Scrolls for *Basic Spear Technique*, *Basic Step*, and *Bone Shattering Fist* to the Guardian Elder for registration. When he arrived, he found that several people, including Wang Yanfeng, were already there registering. Hong Xi was sitting to one side, overseeing their choices.
As the head instructor for the new disciples of the Hall of Earth, Hong Xi was normally only responsible for general guidance and had no obligation to take on personal apprentices. However, the choice of a Cultivation Technique was crucial, so he had come specifically to prevent the students from making poor selections.
"Wang Yanfeng, are you sure you want to choose these three Jade Scrolls?" the Guardian Elder asked.
"I'm sure," Wang Yanfeng said firmly.
