Tristan Sherwood took the phone and read the announcement just issued by Lumin-Umbra High School. A bullying incident on campus had been broadcasted live across the internet, causing a severe negative impact on the school's reputation. The school had decided to immediately expel the two boys who made the banner. The other two were placed on academic probation and ordered to write self-reflection letters and apologize to the victim in public. As soon as the announcement was published, the fury online subsided significantly.
After finishing reading, the irritation in Tristan's heart dissipated a bit. "Since the matter is resolved, there's no need to go to the school."
He had rushed out earlier, only to regret it the moment he got into the car. He thought about the events of the previous night. He still didn't have the courage to face Iris right now.
"Head to the mall," Tristan ordered, telling the driver to turn around.
