According to the description in the *Hundred Instruments Manual*, the Wind and Thunder Whip was about 1.2 meters long. It was hexagonal with sharp, defined edges. The body of the whip had twelve sections, each engraved with three runes, corresponding to the thirty-six divine generals of the Thunder Division! Once Qi was channeled into the whip, it could command Thunderbolt Power to smite Ghosts and vanquish Demons!
Without a doubt, the Wind and Thunder Whip was an incredibly powerful offensive Magical Artifact!
In truth, the original Wind and Thunder Whip recorded in the *Hundred Instruments Manual* was nowhere near this powerful. It didn't have twelve sections, let alone thirty-six runes; these were all enhancements from the Information Leaf.
