Yano was about to ask something else, but then it hit him. "Didn't you just leave? How are you back so soon?"
Chen Yu was curious too. Bat Slime No. 2, however, informed him that it had indeed encountered Nili on the outskirts of Gor.
'How did she just pop up so far away, and then pop right back?'

Seeing their expressions, Nili just shrugged nonchalantly and said dismissively, "It's nothing. I just ran into a friend I haven't seen in ages, and they gave me a lift."
She didn't seem keen on discussing it, though. Her attention quickly shifted back to the bulging sack in Yano's hands, her eyes twinkling with curiosity.
"So, little messenger, is this that stuff you said helps with training? It doesn't look very special."
"That's right. They're just ordinary glass marbles, nothing special about them at all," Chen Yu said.
