After taking a punch, he quickly threw one back.

He countered each move, and after a few exchanges, neither had gained the upper hand.
Breathing heavily, Cian wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth. He was done fighting Damian Fairchild.
He jutted his chin at Damian Fairchild. "Just fucking say what you have to say. I've had too much to drink tonight, and I don't want to fight!"
Damian Fairchild pulled a photograph from his pocket and threw it in his face.
"I told you before. When Hannah Nash had her 'accident,' she left behind a child."
He paused. "If you want to see this child, trade me Veronica Shawcross for her."
When Cian was undercover, he and Hannah Nash were partners.
During their time as partners, they got married as a cover for their mission.
Hannah Nash had sacrificed herself for Cian, so he had always felt guilty about it.
