Hearing what Yao Girl said, Feng Hao finally understood.
For Mages, celebrating the New Year was secondary. The real prize was the cultivation opportunity that came with the Magic Tide. That's why so many students would rush to the Central Square at this time of year.
After all, the Magic Tide emanated from the Origin Node, so the closer you were to it, the sooner you could come into contact with the tide.
Feng Hao had thought the Central Square would be empty during the New Year holiday, but he never expected it to be this crowded.
"Oh well. We're already here, so there's nothing to be done about it." Feng Hao shook his head helplessly, letting Yao Girl pull him along.
After weaving through the dense crowd, they finally saw a group of familiar faces: Xiyue Frost, Man Tiaotiao, Zhang Meng and his two followers, Yue Linglong, the Xie Kuangfeng siblings, Dongfang Qi, Nanyuan Xu, and more.
