Before Lin Feng could escape the underground, a powerful explosion erupted from deep within the tunnels of the Hive, blasting outwards at three hundred meters per second—nearly the speed of sound...
...and swiftly swept through the entire Underground Hive!
Lin Feng had set the detonation countdown for one minute.
At that moment, the Southern Mother Empress, borne by a regrouped Red-Armored Beetle Swarm, was pursuing Lin Feng at its maximum speed of forty kilometers per hour.
That converts to roughly ten meters per second.
In one minute, it would be well within five hundred meters of the Hydrogen Bomb Black Box Lin Feng had planted.
It had entered the critical range to be severely wounded by the nuclear blast.
Within a one-kilometer diameter at the epicenter of the nuclear blast, the released energy could generate temperatures exceeding ten thousand degrees Celsius.
