"I have to admit, you're pretty skilled. Before I left the Chu Family, I would have been no match for you. But that might not be the case anymore!"
Chu Yifeng smirked coldly, looking at Zhou Fan with arrogant confidence. He slowly raised his hands, revealing two emerald-green beads in his palms. Under the light, intricate patterns swirled within the beads, flickering and shifting as if they were alive.
Zhou Fan's brows furrowed slightly. He'd never seen beads like these before, but his intuition screamed that they were trouble. From the swirling patterns within, he sensed a malevolent aura—and a level of danger he hadn't felt in a very long time.
Almost subconsciously, Zhou Fan lunged forward, throwing a vicious punch at Chu Yifeng. 'Since I can tell those beads are dangerous, I have to destroy them—or kill him and take them—before he has a chance to use them!'
But, clearly, Chu Yifeng was prepared. The very instant Zhou Fan moved, he clenched his right fist and crushed the bead.
