Jiang Xinghai quickly said, "How could I possibly forget something so wonderful? I just wanted to hear you say it again."
"Aren't you the eager one."
Shen Lingxue smiled, her lips pressed together. "Alright, listen closely. I'll say it again."
"Hang on a second, let me light a cigarette first."
Jiang Xinghai nodded firmly as the car pulled to a steady stop in front of the Ye Family's house.
"Lighting a cigarette?"
Shen Lingxue's tone turned somewhat cold. "I wasn't even thinking about the smoking, but now that you've brought it up, I'm changing my decision."
"Why?" Jiang Xinghai was utterly frustrated.
"I don't want our future baby to be unhealthy," Shen Lingxue said, pressing her red lips together.
"Then I'll quit. I'll quit smoking," Jiang Xinghai said, the realization dawning on him.
"You think you can just quit that easily?" Shen Lingxue asked.
"It's not that hard for me," Jiang Xinghai assured her.
