He opened his eyes again to the same familiar, silver-white ceiling.
"I'm back." Chu Bamboo sat up and stretched, feeling an unprecedented sense of comfort. 'Is this the first time I've felt nothing after a reset or two?'
A smile on his face and in a cheerful mood, Chu Bamboo offered a greeting, "Nuwa No. 17, good morning!"
"I am here," Nuwa No. 17 replied, its answer completely irrelevant.
Chu Bamboo wasn't the least bit surprised. It was obvious that Nuwa had heard the wake word "Nuwa No. 17" and been automatically activated.
'As for Nuwa No. 17 actually understanding what I mean, or even wishing me a good morning in return... I guess that'll have to wait until its AI restrictions are lifted.'
"Next up, I just need to repeat what I did before, head to the nuclear facility and continue... huh?" Chu Bamboo's expression suddenly changed.
