Xu Lei was also stunned. 'This move... there might be something to it.'
'If Qing Lian ascends with a child, is it possible that in my next life, I could be directly reincarnated up there?'
'Of course, it's not a guarantee. Reincarnation has its rules, after all.'
'It scans outward from the location of your death, searching for a suitable vessel for reincarnation.'
Besides, Xu Lei wasn't that old in this life.
Qing Lian's Cultivation had already reached such a level; she could undergo Nirvana at any moment.
By the time her child was born, Xu Lei might not even be dead yet.
And Xu Lei couldn't possibly reincarnate into a child that already had a consciousness.
'Of course, if Qing Lian gave birth up there, and that child went on to have their own descendants, then it might be possible.'
But what was it really like up there? No one had ever said.
Nevertheless, since Qing Lian had taken the initiative to suggest it, Xu Lei naturally wouldn't refuse.
