"Senior Sister Jin Xin, how was your assessment today?" Jue Gen's voice interrupted Xu Lei and Zhao Xin's conversation, his eyes sweeping back and forth between them with a hint of subtle wariness.
Zhao Xin smiled gently. "Junior Brother Jue Gen, I didn't pass the assessment again today, but I'll keep working hard."
Jue Gen nodded, then turned to Xu Lei, his gaze turning scrutinizing. "And this is?"
