Ethan Quinn paid no mind to Xylos, who was acting like a madman, and instead looked down at Amelia Finch.
Blood stained her from head to toe, yet she remained peacefully asleep with her eyes closed, as if the world around her didn't exist.
But she was still alive. That was enough.
Ethan Quinn looked away, his anxious heart finding a moment of peace. He watched the Beast of Thunder, which was scrambling to its feet to charge again, and declared, "He who is bathed in my light is the God of War!"
