"Thanks!" Georgia Thorne looked into the distance, where Elliot Sheridan was talking with someone.
He wasn't holding an umbrella in the fine rain, and beads of water dotted his black hair.
Georgia took the umbrella from Owen. A moment later, she saw one of the fawning men around Elliot hold an umbrella over his head.
Nancy Hughes ran over, panting, with an umbrella, but when she saw Georgia already had one, she closed it.
"If I'd known your husband was sending an umbrella, I wouldn't have rushed so much." Nancy was out of breath and covered in sweat. She was incredibly hot.
