A man with fluffy black ears atop his head and a swinging, long, black, furry tail burst into the villa with a cold and stern expression.
Holly Wyatt didn't know what was happening; though deaf and mute, she somehow heard the man's disdainful voice at that very moment.
[The cub has grown a little.]
[Still too weak.]
[How did she end up looking like this? So gaunt and scrawny, so unsightly. Standing there, she looks like a telephone pole—the shortest one, at that.]

She rubbed her fingertips together, staring at the tip of the man's tail that curled into a little heart shape, wanting to touch it...

Two years later.
Dressed in a camisole and hot pants, the moment she pulled open the main door, she heard the man's sharp, explosive inner shriek.
[Aaaah! Damn it! Who taught the cub to dress like this?! I was only gone for two years, where is my cub who used to be all bundled up?!]

As the leader of the Wolf Clan, Silas Thornton's primary mission was to manage the pack, and his secondary mission was to raise the cub well.

Holly Wyatt lowered her gaze, pressing her lips together to hide a smile.


Silas Thornton and Holly Wyatt were completely ignoring Leo Kensington's presence.


Leo Kensington stared at Holly's obedient and shy demeanor, a sour feeling rising in his heart.


Holly had never shown such an expression in front of him.


Leo Kensington clenched his jaw. Unable to stop himself, he spoke again, his eyes fixed on the canvas bag in Silas Thornton's hand. "President Thornton, are you and Holly close?"


Then his gaze fell on Holly. "Holly, why didn't you ever tell me you knew President Thornton?"


He had come to find Holly today specifically to talk about her getting into Silas Thornton's car yesterday.


He had assumed Holly was forced. No matter the difficulty, he wanted to help her through this crisis.


But he never expected to see Holly's interaction with Silas Thornton today. Holly was doing this willingly!
