Yara Quillan's expression turned cold. Moira Irving, who had been worked up and ready for a fight, was already on her feet, grabbing Zoe Zigner by the arm. "Apologize to Yara."
"Let go! Do you have any idea how expensive this outfit is?" Zoe Zigner shrieked, shaking off Moira's hand.
The force of the shove nearly sent Moira stumbling into the corner of a cabinet, but Yara caught her just in time. Zoe Zigner disdainfully brushed off her clothes, snorted, and shot the two of them a glare before walking out.
"Moira, are you okay?"
"I'm fine. But what about you, Yara? Are you okay? Let me tell you, when you're dealing with an arrogant, boyfriend-stealing, home-wrecking woman like Zoe Zigner, who causes someone's death and acts like nothing happened, you don't need to be polite! She's only so high and mighty because she has a rich dad and a pretty face! If she's got the guts, she should rely on her own damn skills! Relying on your parents doesn't mean shit! Damn it!"
