Rose Sanders was completely baffled by Yara Quillan, and could only stare at her blankly.
Yara Quillan sat up in bed. "Jessie, aren't we filming today?"
"..." Rose Sanders looked at the dazed and confused Yara Quillan before her. After a moment, she stammered, "Filming is... all finished."
"Oh, I see," Yara Quillan said as she got out of bed. "Jessie, have I been sleeping for a long time? I'm a little hungry."
"Um, Yara, you..."
"Me?" Yara Quillan turned to look at Rose Sanders in confusion. "What's wrong?"
Rose Sanders could even see faint but noticeable marks on Yara Quillan's neck. She didn't know what had happened to Yara, but it was clear Yara didn't want to hear about it.
Rose Sanders fought back a pang of sorrow and forced a smile at Yara Quillan. "No, it's nothing."
"Yara, what do you want to eat? I'll go get it for you."
"I want shredded pork in garlic sauce over rice," Yara Quillan said, her beautiful eyes sparkling.
