Thank goodness, you are safe!
Then I go and sit down to read. I read— "Feel your Mana." Then I start doing exactly that, trying to feel the Mana. Just then I think— if I am doing all this even after coming here, couldn't I have just sat in my room and done all this? Look at my own stupid mischief, I could have done all this here even after the matter cooled down, but no. Just pray that those maids don't lift the bed and look.
Meanwhile, those maids are shown who were still fighting. Just then, the same maid arrives who had cut the feather to make a pen (who is the Head Maid of the maids). She shouts and says, "What are you all doing? Why are you fighting? Aren't you ashamed, you are all fighting right next to the Little Lord (Ansole)! This could cause him trouble."
Hearing this, they all get scared and sit down right there, saying, "Sorry." Then the Head Maid asks, "What happened here? Why did you all start fighting like this?"
One maid explains, "We were all not fighting, these two were fighting." Then the Head Maid says, "Yes, that is clearly visible." Then she says, "First of all, these two started the fight." Then the Head Maid asks one of those two, "What were you fighting for?" She says, "I don't know from where a letter from Kota came to me." The second maid immediately interrupts, "Not a letter, a love letter! You are trapping my Kota in your web of love!" Then immediately the Head Maid interrupts!
The Head Maid says, "Alright, fine! But all this will not do during work hours. You are currently in the service of the Little Lord. But what was there to fight about in this? You tell me, if she got a letter, why did you start fighting?"
That maid replies, "Because I love Kota!"
Hearing this, the Head Maid (blushing a little, then getting annoyed and with a slightly angry face) says, "Oh, so you love him? But does Kota also love you?" That maid says, "Yes!"
Then the Head Maid gets even more angry and says, "Look, there is no fault of this girl in this, the entire fault is of that Kota! So you shouldn't grab her throat, grab that Kota's throat. And since you are our companion, we will all go together to properly 'explain' to him how he should behave with girls!" There was a dangerous anger on her face.
At that exact moment, Kota, who is standing on duty, gets a forceful hiccup and tears come to his eyes. His fellow guard looks at him and says, "Brother, when tears come along with a hiccup, it means someone is ready to kill you... that's what they used to say in my village."
Kota says in irritation, "What nonsense are you talking? All this is superstition!"
The fellow guard softly mutters, "Who knows... whether all this is true or a lie!"
Then the Head Maid says, "And yes! From today onwards, never fight during work hours again. Because of your carelessness, the Little Lord must have faced a lot of trouble. He is still a small child, what impact must all this have had on him?"
Leaving those two (the fighting maids) aside, she says to all the other maids, "Well, it is understandable for these two, but instead of stopping them? You all started fighting too!"
Just then one maid says, "She threw a cookie at me!" The second one immediately spoke, "I didn't throw it, yet she threw a basket at me!" The first one clarified, "I was hitting her, it hit you by mistake. I was even asking for forgiveness." Just then another maid spoke up, "But what was the need for you to throw a broom at me?"
Hearing this, the Head Maid shouted in deep anger, "Absolute silence! Not a single sound should come. From today, you all will not work together. I think you all have forgotten what you were before and where you have come from."
She continued, "If our Lord and Miss Lord (Ansole's parents) weren't there, the life we are living today, we would have never been able to live. And you are fighting like this? You all should stay together. Those who gave us all this, we should remain grateful to them and serve them completely, and you are fighting here like little girls."
Upon hearing this, the faces of all of them bowed down in shame and they couldn't say anything. The Head Maid calmly said, "Very good." Then she goes towards the Little Lord (Ansole) and sees that he has enclosed himself in the bed. The Head Maid thought that he had fallen asleep. She spoke in a low voice, "Because of you, he got disturbed and fell asleep. Now no one will make a sound, his sleep must not be broken."
Then the camera shifts towards me. I am again trying to feel the Mana, but I start getting terribly sleepy. I immediately pay attention to myself and slap myself hard— "No, no! If I fall asleep today, then I am completely done for, I cannot do this."
I start thinking about what to do now? Just then, my gaze falls upon an object lying nearby. I took a rope and tied it to a hook that was above. Then I tied its other end securely to my hair. Now the setup was ready— as soon as I was about to fall asleep and my head would nod downwards, that rope would pull my hair forcefully and I would immediately wake up from the pain. "Now get to your work!"
I start trying to feel the Mana again. But after a long time, I say, "No man, if I keep trying like this, then my goose is cooked... I won't be able to do anything."
I start thinking, "I need to meditate for this... Meditation? This sounds familiar."
"Oh yes! In my world, the aunty next door to my house always used to keep a show on the TV— of 'Baba Saamdev'! He used to roll his stomach round and round on TV and talked about controlling the body's energy through breaths. At that time, I used to think all this is so boring and nonsense, but..., what he was doing there, is very much similar to this!"
"Maybe I should also do the same," I thought, and I get ready to adopt that same posture.
I fold both my legs and sit properly cross-legged. I stretch my back and neck completely straight so that the body does not slouch even a little. Then I place both my hands comfortably on my knees and by joining my thumb with my first finger (index finger), I form a circle, while the remaining three fingers remain stretched completely straight.
After adopting this posture, I take a deep breath and close my eyes. Then I put strain on my mind... a lot of strain.
And just then... I feel something.
My eyes were completely closed, there was darkness all around, but even amidst that darkness, I see a very small blue-colored particle. That particle was quite intensely blue and was shining very brightly in the dark like a firefly.
