'This is hilarious. Did they really come here as a group to back up Pamela Sutton and try to extort us?'
Vivian Young's chest heaved with anger. "We didn't even touch her!" she fumed. "How dare they try to pin this on us!"
"Mom, calm down." Sue gently pressed her mother's hand, her voice unbelievably steady. "It's not worth getting worked up about."
She turned to her father, Vincent Lawrence, her tone calm. "Dad, the security cameras... you confirmed they're all working properly, right?"
Vincent Lawrence nodded. "I checked them earlier. Full coverage, no blind spots."
"Good." A small smile touched Sue's lips. She looked at her well-behaved son. "Leo, take your aunt upstairs."
