While the man called Aaron was distracted, the girl was suddenly ambushed.
"Let go of Vivi!"
Aaron Alden endured the intense pain and stepped in front of the girl again, glaring viciously at the burly man. "We're not the people you're looking for! Let us go!"
"Let you go?" The burly man looked like he had just heard the world's funniest joke. He glanced from side to side and let out a grating laugh. "Boys, what do you think? Should we let them go?"
"No!" the surrounding lackeys roared with laughter, their eyes fixed on the pair like wolves on lambs to the slaughter.
"Kill the man. As for the woman… heheh, take her back for the boys to have some fun!" The burly man licked his lips and gave the cruel order.
Several lackeys let out strange howls and lunged forward.
Aaron's eyes were bloodshot with fury. Ignoring the excruciating pain from his broken arm, he shoved the girl hard. "Vivi, run!"
