Yvonne Lynch had endless things to say, but as the Ferris wheel slowly rose, they looked out at the dwindling city lights. Although the night sky was empty, sparkling little trains would occasionally streak by, making the view below feel breathtakingly beautiful.
"Faye, you should try this meal set. My mom said eating it would be good for you."
"Okay, you eat too." Faye Yardley didn't hold back. To be honest, she had been hungry for a while. A glance at her watch showed it was already 11:07 PM.
After she finished the meal, a notification for [+1 Strength] appeared.
"Thank you, Yvonne. When you go back, please thank your mom for me."
Yvonne Lynch's eyes curved into smiling crescents. "You don't have to thank me, it was just a meal. Before time's up, I'll take you to the station and see you off on your train. Or... does Faye want to stay and play for a few more days?"
"No more playing, let's just go back. Do we have to pay for another ticket for each day?"
