Let alone whether they could afford the 1000 Life Value cost, the Skill Card really wasn't very cost-effective for an ordinary player.
It had the S Level title in name only. The only use it offered was an extra helper for digging, and with just one-third of the player's stats, it would probably conk out after digging for just a short while.
Or you could use it to create a fake version of yourself to escape, but even then, it couldn't go more than a hundred meters away from you.
