Chapter 9 - SALTANAT CHAPTER 4

SALTANAT Chapter 4: The War Outside India (1995–1997)

Act I – Survival

The thunder of the airstrike echoed across the sea as burning debris disappeared beneath the waves. Everyone believed Rocky had died.

But fate had chosen a different path.

Severely wounded and barely conscious, Rocky drifted across the ocean for days before the tides carried him onto a remote beach on the African coast. Weak and unable to move, he collapsed on the sand.

A young man named Das, an ordinary fisherman and one of Rocky's devoted admirers, discovered him. Without hesitation, Das rushed Rocky to a nearby hospital. The doctors agreed to treat him, but the medical expenses were far beyond Das's means.

Desperate to save Rocky's life, Das borrowed money from Washington, a feared local gangster.

When Washington arrived at Das's house to collect information about the debt, he was stunned to find Rocky alive. Realizing the value of the man before him, he immediately informed William, the most powerful crime lord in Africa.

William wasted no time. He contacted Anderson, the notorious crime boss of Dubai.

The news finally reached the international underworld kingpin known only as Lord.

"This changes everything," Lord said with a cold smile.

Within hours, a bounty of one million dollars was announced.

Rocky was no longer just a survivor.

He had become the world's most wanted man.

Act II – Blood Oath

Washington and William launched a carefully planned attack.

Rocky, Das, and Rocky's beloved Shruti were captured and transported toward the Dubai border.

There, a local gangster named Inayat attempted to intimidate and humiliate Shruti.

For the first time since surviving the airstrike, Rocky's silence shattered.

His fury erupted.

Breaking free from his restraints, Rocky seized a sword and fought his way through his captors. One after another, armed gangsters fell before him as panic spread across the battlefield.

Watching from a distance, Anderson and his trusted lieutenant Jack stood frozen.

"This isn't a man..." Jack whispered.

"...it's a storm."

Despite Rocky's resistance, Lord eventually arrived with overwhelming reinforcements. Rocky, Shruti, and Das were captured once again and imprisoned.

To demonstrate his authority, Jack turned against Washington and William, eliminating them without mercy.

Meanwhile, Anderson brutally interrogated Das, hoping to uncover Rocky's remaining allies.

When Rocky escaped his cell, his only thought was revenge.

He confronted Anderson in a fierce duel and defeated him, ending the crime boss's reign forever.

Act III – The Final War

The fortress fell silent as Rocky stood face-to-face with Lord.

Two legendary warriors.

One final battle.

Steel clashed against steel as swords flashed beneath the burning desert sky.

Lord managed to wound Rocky's right arm, forcing him to fight through unbearable pain.

Then Lord turned toward Shruti.

The moment he raised his weapon, Rocky unleashed one final counterattack.

With a decisive strike, Lord was defeated.

But peace lasted only moments.

Jack contacted the United States Army, which coordinated with the Indian Army after intelligence confirmed Rocky was still alive.

The Prime Minister of India authorized a joint military operation.

Its codename was Operation Sultan.

Led by Para Special Forces officer Raghav, the combined assault surrounded Rocky's hideout.

Explosions echoed across the desert.

Amid the chaos, Das lost his life during the attack.

Soon afterward, Shruti was also killed in the crossfire.

Standing among the ruins, Rocky's world collapsed.

Driven by grief and rage, he fought with unmatched determination against every soldier who stood in his way.

Finally, Commander Raghav confronted him.

Their battle tested the limits of endurance, but Rocky ultimately emerged victorious.

As the smoke settled, one last warrior stepped forward.

Andrew Russell, Raj's brother.

Unlike everyone before him, Andrew matched Rocky blow for blow.

Exhausted from endless battles and burdened by his wounds, Rocky finally fell.

For the first time, the unstoppable warrior was defeated.

Before Andrew could celebrate his victory, Smith, an officer of the U.S. Army, fired a single shot.

Andrew collapsed.

Silence returned to the battlefield.

Epilogue

The battlefield was left in ruins.

The world's greatest criminal empire had fallen, but its legacy refused to die.

Rocky's story came to an end, yet his name became a legend whispered across continents.

Some remembered him as a ruthless outlaw.

Others remembered him as a warrior who never surrendered.

But history agreed on one truth—

The era of Saltanat had ended, leaving behind a legacy that the world would never forget.
