With no other choice, Ahar felt a surge of anger and resentment. That's why he decided to join the man's business, stepping into a world he had never imagined.
Kashish was also living in anger, consumed by the desire for revenge against whoever had killed his parents. But he had no idea who was responsible. Then, when the police showed him a name and a photo, Kashish realized with shock that the person was his friend Ahar.
Time kept passing, and after a long wait, Kashish finally got the chance to meet Ahar. That very day, Ahar was about to become the next chairman, taking the place of his foster father the man who had raised him as a gang member, yet cherished him the most, like a true son.
The party was still going on, laughter and music echoing through the grand hall. After it ended, Ahar went up to the roof, sitting alone with a drink in his hand. Kashish had arrived during the party and quietly followed, trying to get close to Ahar. When he saw that Ahar was unguarded, he tried to kill him.
But Ahar was strong. He overpowered Kashish with ease and commanded his guards to capture him and bind him with ropes.
Ahar tried to ask why Kashish had tried to kill him, but Kashish refused to answer. Just then, Ahar received a call from his foster father. "Son, I have some work for you. Come to me," his foster father said.
"Okay," Ahar replied, turning to his guards. "Take him to my room. I'll talk to him later."
Then he left the rooftop to meet his foster father, leaving Kashish bound and alone.
When he reached his foster father, the older man motioned for him to sit. Ahar came closer and sat beside him. "Why did you call me? What happened?" he asked.
"I've got a new contract. You have to kill that person," his foster father replied.
"But father, why are you taking this contract? You promised me we wouldn't take contracts anymore," Ahar protested.
"I know, my son," his father said gently, "but this contract is from the most powerful person. We can't refuse. I have faith only in you, and I can't take the risk myself. You have to do it. I promise, after this, you'll never have to take another contract. You can live by your own rules. This is the last time."
Ahar hesitated. After a long silence, he finally said, "Okay, I'll do it. But it is the last time."
His father smiled, satisfied.
After taking the contract, Ahar returned to his room, where Kashish was bound to a chair with ropes. In front of him, Ahar began changing his clothes before heading to the bathroom for a bath.
When he came out, completely naked, Kashish felt a sudden flush of shyness. His throat went dry, and he tried to wet it with saliva. Ahar noticed, smirking slightly, and slowly stepped closer to Kashish.
Ahar stepped closer to Kashish, tilting his face toward him. "Who are you? And why were you trying to kill me? Are you a contract killer? If so, then you've got the wrong contract," he asked, his voice calm but piercing.
