Walking onto Ground Beta was Albert in his hero costume.
His clothes could only be called very tactical. A blend of military and hero ascetics with a hood, long sleeves, and gloves with protection on his joints and solid black boots. His whole color pallet was very bland colors of gray, brown, and black with the most eye catching was his long, red scarf.
Also on his person was a utility belt with two guns holstered on his hips. One red and grey on the right side and the other blue and grey on the left.
He received a Uniform Subsidy from the school before starting, students submit their Quirk Registry and bodily specifications forms before starting school. From there a support company affiliated with U.A. prepares costumes for everyone. In Albert's submission he noted his military background—his "father" and his preference in guns, thus he received the guns he has now.
They gave him the long red scarf for a splash of style and for the signature style of the designer of the costume who also designed the costume for one of the staff at U.A., Snipe, who also uses a gun. Coincidently enough it was not them who designed the guns but by a faculty member named Power Loader who also designed and made Snipe's gun.
He was worried mentioning his background would draw attention but pretty much every foreign student in Japan that comes from the states have at least one family member in the military, this is more common near places with military bases.
"…He looks more like a soldier then a hero." Said Kyoka Jiro, a girl with long earlobes who is part of Albert's class.
"Hm. He looks like a harbinger of darkness! Skulking and claiming life!!" said Fumikage Tokoyami, a boy with a head that resembles a crow or raven. Another boy in Albert's class.
"A-All Might is it okay if he brings guns?" asked Midoriya.
"It's perfectly all right! They have rubber ammunition! Plus Albert has a Gun License in America!" All Might replied.
The proof of having a license to carry a weapon in the United States, which was lowered to ten years of age. This was the determining factor for giving Albert guns.
"Uwaah…" Everyone went.
Back to Ground Beta, Albert knew where the target building was. They even gave him the building blueprints.
"How very kind of them to give me this." Albert then crushes the paper.
"Albert I will enjoy watching you fight!" Mélusine said excited to see her master in action.
"Thank you. And remember do not interfere, got it?"
"Got it! I'll keep my mouth shut until you say so!"
Once Albert stood in front of the building the training began.
The moment he heard the green light Albert quickly ran to the building next door and broke through the window and ran up it the building. The longer he took the more cautions and tense the people guarding the nuke would get, making it harder to catch them off guard.
He ran all the way from the top and without any hesitation leaped off it into the target building.
"Fuu~" He saw a white breath in front of him. "Cold." He lays on the ground and puts his ear to the ground.

Noises.
'…Three people. The purple one, Kirishima, and Todoroki.' I guess I know where the ice is coming from.'
Albert got their positions and has a 3D map of their positioning in his mind. This was a skill he picked up during operations in the night when he had to kill enemy combatant in the wilderness or urban environment.
He walked to the railing and took off his scarf. He then tied it to the railing and drew his right gun. He held onto the scarf with his left hand, and he stood on top of the railing and jumped.
Whoosh!
With his scarf he swung through the window on the top floor.
Crash!!
"!?"
Immediately Todoroki, Kirishima, and the purple one saw him but only Todoroki was fast enough to respond by getting into cover.
Bang!! Bang!!
Thud!!! Thud!!!
Two rubber bullets shot and fired hitting both Kirishima and the purple one right on their chin, knocking them both out instantly.
"!!" Todoroki and those watching were shocked how fast this was going and how precise Albert was with using rubber bullets.
He rose his right hand to create a wall of ice to block Albert's bullets.
"Tch! Trying moving with a frozen—"
Bang!! Bang!! Bang!!
Crack!
Thud!
Thud!!
"Eh?" Todoroki's vison blurred before going black, he got knocked out.
"Fuu~ Not even a warm up."
Albert walks over nonchalantly and touches the objective.
Back at the monitor room everyone's jaws were wide open.
"U-um…" Denki said. "Did… everyone see that?"
"Yeah… He just… won in under 2 minutes." Said Momo.
"B-but did anyone see how he knocked Todoroki out?" said Mashirao Ojiro, a boy with a large tail. "All Might, sir?"
"R-right!?" All Might snapped from his disbelief at this overwhelming victory. "From what I noticed was that he um… Fired his rubber bullets with um…"
"Oh! Oh! I know All Might sir!!" Midoriya said with stars in his eyes. "Albert fired his gun three times to ricochet the bullets to hit Todoroki!"
"…Rrrright!! Great job Young Midoriya!" All Might turns and speaks into the mic. "The Hero Team has won!! Albert cuts through the opposition in record time!!"
Down on the 2nd floor.
"….WHAT THE HELL!!!!" Bakugo yells in fury. "I WANT TO KICK HIS ASS!!!"
He kept yelling for a bit.
Out in front of the building the whole class gathered.
"Can we see your guns!!" said Denki and Mina.
The two had stars in their eyes as they wanted to see the tools Albert used to set a record.
"Yeah sure." Albert draws his guns and put the safety on. "Don't point them at people. I also remember what Chisato and Takina look like so no messing around."
"You named them!?" said Hanato Sero, a boy with jagged bangs.
"I didn't the costume designer named them; their names are on the side of the guns."
Denki and Mina looked to see their names written on the sides.
"Ooooh!! Cool!!!" They both said.
"So how did you know where the bullets were gonna go!" Midoriya said with a shine in his eyes.
He had a genuine thirst for knowledge. It was rare to find someone like him.
'He reminds me of one researcher… damn shame I had to kill him. Good at his job, horrible person.'
The researcher was researching the effects of radiation on people with quirks. They were looking for a change in their DNA to mutate.
"I calculated the trajectory and air resistance along with the cold and quality of the rubber bullets."
"But you did it on the dime?" said Momo.
Albert does it regularly, so regularly he hardly notices himself doing it. He was doing it right now in the back of his mind if everyone suddenly attacked him.
"My Quirk, Perfect Body hones my entire body from the cells to the neurons in my brain to their absolute peak and then some so I can do some like this." He begins to contort his body in inhuman ways. "And I will be fine." he then un-contorts himself.
The class found it pretty impressive and a bit disturbing what he could do.
"So you have brain and brawn huh?" said Jiro said. "Explains why you're the number one in the class."
"Tch!" Bakugo said. "If you really wanted to be number one you should have gone from the 1st floor and fought me!"
"We can fight right now if you want." Albert made a little smile as he looked towards Bakugo. "All Might you don't mind if you serve as a referee for this squabble right?" Albert said happily and nonchalantly.
Everyone didn't think he would just take Bakugo's provocation. Even Bakugo himself was a bit taken by it but that surprise turn to glee.
"Um…. " All Might did not want to see Bakugo get mollywhop-ed. "I am afraid their isn't much time until your next class! So maybe next time Young Albert!" All Might said giving an excuse.
"Welp that's a shame, huh, Bakugo? Maybe next time then."
"Grr… I can't handle that guy." Bakugo said being thrown off his game.
Walking back to U.A. Kirishima, and the purple one came up to Bakugo.
"You dodged a bullet." Said the purple one.
"Hah!" Bakugo said.
"He is right Bakugo." Said Kirishima. "Albert is a whole other beast entirely."
"Tsk! You two are all just weak—"
"I suggest you listen to them." Said Todoroki in front of Bakugo. "I would say if Albert was already a Pro-Hero he would be at least in the top 10."
"Grr!! I'll prove your all wrong!! Hey!! Albert!! The next time we fight I am going to kick your ass!!!!" he shouted out loud.
"Okay!" Albert said back in a casual manner.
"Grrr!!" the casualness of it angered Bakugo even more.
Walking next to Albert was Tsuyu.
"Ribbit, I hope nothing serious happened with your family?" Tsuyu said.
"Ah well… Nothing to serious luckily. Sorry I worried you, Tsuyu. I was in a hurry, and I forgot my charger."
"I see!" she said smiling. "I was getting a bit worried."
"Thank you for the concern."
Watching them Mélusine looks at Tsuyu.
'Hmmm… So she is Tsuyu Asui?' Mélusine moves around to memorize her appearance. 'Albert seems to be fond of her… Hm…'
Back at U.A. some of the teachers watched the training footage to review and go over it.
"What a talented boy." Said Recovery Girl, a old lady in a white coat. "Such talent and skill. He must have been brought up diligently."
"He is also very cute underneath that hood and mask." Said Midnight, a very R-Rated hero.
"Strong, unbelievably strong and smart." Said Nezu, the principal of U.A. who is a rat who manifested a quirk granting him high intelligence. "His Quirk is a perfect combination of my and All Might's Quirk."
"Definitely." Said Recovery Girl. "He even knows how to use his quirk masterfully, after all of that he does not even have a single scratch."
"Yes… He is a little too perfect. With Shoto Todoroki we can assume his father trained him to a high degree of proficiency but Albert Hiroyuki… I can't place my finger on it. I called his previous schools, and everything checks out, but I can't help but feel like a lion is in a group of cats." Said Nezu.
"Maybe your overthinking it." said Midnight. "What happened yesterday with the barrier must still be gnawing at you."
"Very likely… But… Anyways I want an increase in security around the school. We will not take their threats with arrogance!"
