The waiter took out a bounty poster and placed it on the table. It showed the face of a man with silver hair and black pupils.
His face was symmetrical, making him look quite handsome.
"Who is this?" Looking at his face, Tyler couldn't help but feel a bit jealous. This man was a bit too handsome.
"Frank! That's his name. There isn't a lot of mention about his crimes, but he was wanted by the world government three months ago."
"Originally, the job of finding this man was given to another marine base, but after two months and no results, our marine base took the job."

It had to be some kind of unique case like Robin's. But he hadn't heard of this man before.
At least, not in the Manga, so it was hard to say when he did or when he died.
But he was quite curious about this man, so he continued asking.
"Is that so? I heard the rumors about this Marine Base having a Vice Admiral. Is that true?"
The waiter gave him a chuckle and said.
"How can that be? Vice Admirals can only be found in the Grandline. I did hear about a certain Vice Admiral eight years ago."
"But he was only here on a mission. The current branch head is Captain Soro."
When he talked about the captain, a look of worship appeared in his eyes as he continued.
"I heard that he is a devil fruit user, and he is quite fast. Our restaurant is quite famous, so I got to meet him a few times."
"Hey, waiter!"
As soon as he heard the call, the waiter waved his hand and said.
"Look, I have to go."
He didn't waste any more time on Tyler. He immediately went to get the order from another customer.

If this man was truly in a hard situation due to the world government, there was a chance of getting him to his crew.

After finishing his meal, Tyler paid for the food and walked around the town. He found a small hotel where he could spend the night.
During this time, he tried to find as much information as he could. But after several inquiries, he only found two more things.
Soro was indeed a Devil Fruit user, and he was a Zoan type with flight abilities. That also explained why he was able to catch this man.
And, this man, Frank, was from the Ilisia Kingdom. He was quite famous for his good looks.
Nobody knew what crime he had committed, but overnight, he got a bounty poster. Then, he was chased all over the kingdom.
He even left the Ilisia Kingdom, and he was caught in the Kano Kingdom.
Since nobody could tell him about this man's crime, his curiosity only got stronger.
So while it was nighttime, he decided to leave the hotel and infiltrate the Marine Base.
During the nighttime, it was more relaxed.
This marine base was quite similar to the one in Shells Town. He found the main building, and on that building, there was a large prison.
Despite its size, this prison didn't hold a lot of prisoners. In fact, there were only two people.
One of them he recognized instantly.
It was Frank.
But he didn't recognize the other one.
"Who?"
Just when he was about to go closer, he heard a shout from behind. This instantly made him panic.

Just when he saw the shadow of a marine soldier walking towards him, he instantly rushed forward and to the side.

But he didn't feel as if Tyler was still holding him. He slowly placed the soldier on the side and rushed in front of the prison gate.
"Who are you?"
Frank looked at Tyler and asked.
"My name is Tyler. I am starting my crew and heading to the grandline. I heard your crimes weren't announced to the public."
"Were you framed by the World Government?"
Tyler replied in a low voice.
Frank gave him a strange look while the other was a female. She stared at him for a moment before letting out a chuckle.
"Boy, let me out, and I will join your crew."
Hearing that, Tyler looked at her. Seeing her face up close, he realized that she was a middle-aged woman.
But she seemed quite beautiful. More importantly, her tone made him feel that she was a pirate before.
Tyler looked at her for a moment before turning towards Frank.
"So, can you answer?"
Frank stared at him. Unlike the female whose condition was a bit worse, this man looked spotless.
He couldn't understand why the Marines would put a bounty on him and try to capture him.
"Hehehe! Boy, you are ignoring me? Do you think I am not beautiful enough? Then again, this guy does deserve your attention."
"Hahaha! Do you know why he is wanted? Do you want to know?"
"Shut up!" Frank turned towards her and growled.
Unfortunately, his hands and feet were tied by a chain, while the female only had her hands tied.

The female pirate shouted.
Tyler paused and looked at Frank.
"So, how about it? You have no future in this prison. I will help you escape, and you will become my first mate."
"Hey, boy! Am I not beautiful? Am I invisible? Why are you ignoring me?" The female pirate glared at Tyler and shouted.
Only then did Tyler think.
'Maybe letting her join the crew wouldn't be bad. Although this can be risky, I do need more members.'
He walked towards the soldier and searched his body before taking out a ring full of keys.
He walked towards the door and said.
"Once we leave this place, we will be surrounded by the Marines. So, it's fight or die! Choice is yours."
At this moment, Frank spoke.
"The key for my Seastone chains must be with the Marine Captain. Are you sure you can defeat him?"
The female pirate clicked her tongue.
"Tsk! Tsk! Now that I think about it, are you strong? You don't look that strong."
"Hmm! This is gonna be a hassle. I have not fought anyone before, but I think I should be able to handle the Marine Captain."
He opened the door as he said that.
Only then did Frank point his legs towards Tyler and say.
"Then, I can go with you, but you need to unwrap these chains!"
Tyler realized that only the chains in his hand had a lock. He went to the female pirate and unlocked her chain.
"I am a Devil Fruit user. I can't touch Seastone. So, unlock it!"
The female pirate nodded and unwrapped the chains from his feet. While doing so, she didn't hesitate to move her hands around his calves.
