Kyle lands on the warrior, inserting the dagger deep into his neck. Then, he pulled the dagger free from the warrior's neck and stepped back as the dead body collapsed onto the assassin beneath him.
He raised his hand.
30 meters away from him, his sword, which he had thrown a little while ago, was embedded in the ground beside the archer. The throw was sudden, which caused the archer's arm to get slightly injured.
The archer was staring at the sword, confused. Why would anyone throw away their weapon in the middle of a fight? He didn't know, but then he saw something strange.
The blade trembled.
It pulled itself free from the earth, hovering for a heartbeat. The archer's eyes went wide.
The sword shot through the air like an arrow and slapped into Kyle's waiting palm.
The archer stumbled back. "It came back... The sword came back to him!"
