Chapter 2 - The Boy No One Saw

Kabir Sharma didn't belong in St. Aurora.

At least… that's what everyone thought.

He sat in the last bench, quiet as always, his head slightly down, trying not to attract attention.

Simple clothes.

No confidence.

No friends.

He wasn't poor… but compared to everyone here, he felt invisible.

"Hey, loser… did you even understand the lecture?" someone mocked from the front.

A few boys laughed.

Kabir forced a small smile and nodded, even though he hadn't.

It wasn't new.

He was used to this.

Ignored.

Mocked.

Forgotten.

But there was one thing he couldn't ignore.

Aarya.

He had seen everything.

The confession.

The rejection.

The humiliation.

And yet…

He didn't feel scared of her.

He felt… curious.

"Why does she act like that?" he thought.

Because something didn't feel right.

It wasn't just attitude.

It felt like… she was pushing people away.

On purpose.

After school ended, students slowly left the campus.

Kabir stayed back for a while, finishing his notes.

When he finally stepped out, the sun was starting to set, painting the sky orange.

The school felt different now.

Quiet.

Empty.

Peaceful.

As he walked past the back corridor, he heard something.

A faint sound.

Like… someone crying.

Kabir stopped.

His heart started beating faster.

"Is someone there?"

No response.

He slowly followed the sound.

Each step careful.

Each breath heavy.

The sound led him to a small, unused classroom at the end of the corridor.

The door was slightly open.

Kabir hesitated.

Then gently pushed it.

And what he saw…

Made him freeze.

Aarya Singhania.

Sitting alone on the floor.

Her face hidden in her hands.

Her shoulders shaking.

She was crying.

Not silently.

Not softly.

But like someone who had been holding everything inside for too long.

Kabir's mind went blank.

"This… can't be her…"

The same girl who crushed people without blinking…

Was completely broken right now.

He took a small step back.

But the floor creaked.

Aarya instantly looked up.

Their eyes met.

Time stopped.

Her expression changed in a second.

From pain…

To shock…

To anger.

She quickly wiped her tears and stood up.

"What are you doing here?" her voice was sharp again.

Kabir panicked.

"I-I was just— I didn't mean to—"

She walked toward him.

Fast.

Dangerously calm.

"So now you spy on people too?"

"No! I swear, I just heard—"

"Get out."

Her voice was low.

But this time…

It wasn't just anger.

It was fear.

Kabir noticed.

And that confused him even more.

He stepped back.

"I won't tell anyone…"

For a moment, Aarya's expression froze.

Then she looked away.

"You shouldn't have seen this."

Kabir didn't understand why…

But those words felt heavy.

Like a warning.

Or a threat.

Or maybe…

A secret.

He quietly left the room.

But his heart…

It didn't calm down.

Because now…

He had seen the real Aarya.

And he couldn't forget it.

Not anymore.

Suspense Ending

That night, Kabir couldn't sleep.

Her tears.

Her voice.

Her eyes.

Everything kept repeating in his mind.

"This isn't normal…"

"There's something wrong…"

And without realizing it…

A simple curiosity…

Was slowly turning into something deeper.

Something dangerous.

Meanwhile…

In her room…

Aarya stood in front of the mirror.

Her expression blank.

But her hands…

They were trembling.

"He saw me…" she whispered.

Silence filled the room.

Then slowly…

A small crack appeared on the mirror.

Like something unseen…

Was reacting.

Aarya closed her eyes tightly.

"It's starting again…"

And somewhere in the darkness…

Something had already noticed Kabir.

Something that didn't forgive.

Something that didn't forget.

And now…

It was watching him.

What will happen to Kabir now…?
