Below is the main timeline of this world , so I have a loosely refined structure which I can change later on depending on the character's perspective / story focus
Prologue
It happened during the year 2023 right after the world just survived from the Covid-19 pandemic. Where all of a sudden a bright light suddenly engulfed the entire world , for exactly 1 minute. Then silence , for a while the world was in chaos , Scientists from the entire world scrambling to find the reason it happened , rumors spread , assumptions , theories going wild but soon all theories died because nothing seemed to change , the world continued as usual.
This was when the pillar figures were brought on this world , Violet , Kiana , Loki and Klein . Elysia, who lost her memories , Klein and Violet were in deep slumber , and Loki's powers were still dormant. Kiana was the only one who realized this. When her entire family was asleep , thus only he knew and the sacrifice he made that day would remain hidden for a very long time.
Yet in the year 2024 , this was when everything changed , all of a sudden fiction seemingly began to seep in this world. At the time nobody truly noticed any changes as it was very minor . As it was only the unification of language , but even that was very subtle. In the eyes of everyone their language didn't change. Only the fact that people begin to know all forms of language without studying them.
A Japanese person would hear everyone speak in Japanese and see everything written in Kanji / Hiragana / Katakana , A Chinese person would hear everyone speak in Chinese and see everything written in Chinese [Hanzi] , it was basically like that worldwide. This wasn't an instantaneous process , it was gradual that made no one notice until "The Change" happened in 2030 , by then people thought it was an effect of "The Change".
At the same time , while it was unknown at the time but , all forms of powers , mana , haki , energy , honkai , originium , chi , spirituality , and all were turned into 1 singular form of energy , while everyone would call them differently , they were all considered the same , no matter the kind. This was something that nobody really noticed.
The Change [Arc 1]
The day everything fell , the day fiction turned to reality , at the time , remnants began appearing , slowly and surely , the government fearing what could happen while at the same time wishing to study these "Remnants" to take advantage of them , thus "The Silentium" was born. A global hidden organization that acts like the "SCP-Foundation" they secure and contain Remnants to protect all human life . This arc focuses on how "The Silentium" handles the containment of these remnants .
Yet human greed is truly insatiable , what once began as a noble cause soon became yet another one of finding profit , where the rich wish to enslave these remnants , to elevate their statuses , to gain power . Though not all Remnants are fictional beings brought to reality , there are those who gained the power from fiction , yet they were not seen as humans , they are merely monsters. Tools that are used to gain profit , to capture more remnants
At the end of the day however , that is human nature , no matter how many times , time would repeat and as seen in countless fictions. The only lesson that humans can learn from history is that humans do not gain any lessons from history ,
They're always repeating the same tragedies. For a while all seemed to be stable , until the day a Vestige appeared , the day containment failed , the day it all changed. The day Remnants were introduced to the world.
The Rise [Arc 2]
The Silentium has failed , human greed knows no bounds , news flash all across the world on the appearance of "Remnants" beings from fiction brought to reality , at the same time , countless humans began awakening as these "Remnants" , for a while it seemed like a blessing , perhaps an evolution. Yet humans are truly foolish , seeing themselves as the top of the food chain.
At the beginning , it seemed like a blessing , but at the same time we must not forget the true natures of humans , where most realized how these new found powers can be easily used to gain power , wealth , influence , crime rates begin to skyrocket , where almost all were caused by Remnants , thus the world changes into one similar to My Hero Academia , showing human nature in its finest , both the good and the bad side of humanity.
This continued for a while , mid way through the arc , more and more remnants start to appear , echoes of Honkai / Originium beast , Echoes[WuWa] , Angels , Demons , Paradox races like Elfs , Dwarfs , Lizardmen , Dragons and countless others begin appearing , some friendly some hostile , thus causing unrest , for one can never know are they friendly or not.
Note : Now the hostile ones are mostly Echoes/Vestiges for they are either incomplete thus having no mind or are so powerful they have no minds. Paradoxes often depend on the main prejudice of the people of this world , like how dragons are often assumed as prideful and powerful , Elves are often depicted as nature loving , etc.
The reason that there are no things like Elf alliance or Dwarf Alliance are because there aren't enough of each race to even form a huge alliance thus later allowing the creation of the Coalition of Remnants. Which is later formed mid way through this arc
This caused discrimination to begin appearing , however what pushed it to be truly rampant was when fictional diseases begin spreading , Honkai / Originium / Mara Poisoning , Entropy loss syndrome , Scourge / T / Zombie / Cordyceps viruses and countless other fictional diseases begin appearing , humans who will always try to find someone to blame , begins blaming these Remnants that have started to appear far more often.
The Fall [Arc 3]
Humans , truly filled with stupidity , for they still believe that they are the supreme ruler of earth , the apex of the earth , yet their fearful nature remains unchanged , to find someone to take the blame of these fictional monsters and diseases , thus the remnants are looked down upon , discrimination and Racism begins to surge uncontrollably , at the same time the believe of "Human Supremacy" grows in an incredible rate.
Racism at its finest , no longer was it about skin color , religion nor race , are "Remnants" still considered human? Or are they beneath them? Protest erupts , "Remnants are also humans" tweets appear world wide , others saw a chance , a chance to be popular. Those that support and those that oppose , to perhaps find views. Remnants discriminated , pushed away by human society , but how long can this last? For the numbers of remnants continue growing.
Reaching a point where no remnants can get any job , crime rates skyrocketed , the amount of unemployed remnants surges , yet humans are truly blind , for they blamed the remnants for everything , thus the Remnants begin retaliating , the ideology "Remnant Supremacy" began surfacing , at the same time the existence of the Coalition of Remnants was brought to light , Remnants who wished to coexist with humans.
While the purpose was noble , doubt and hatred were apparent from both sides , humans who believe that these remnants are beneath them or doubt and fear them , remnants who believe that humans should pay the price for discrimination and racism , thus the War of Ideologies began.
The Beginning [Arc 4]
Thus begins the fight between ideologies , the fight between organizations , for at the end of the day , there is no right nor wrong only the victor will dictate history. Racism was even more obvious , humans fearing remnants for they can hurt humans , remnants who resent humans for seeing them as mere tools to be used , fights escalating , organizations no longer fighting beneath the shadows .
Truly how funny , for all this was caused by humans who looked down upon them thus causing remnants to resent them , yet can you truly blame these humans? For in their eyes , these remnants caused instability in society , at the same time the introduction of the organization "Herta's Society" was brought to life , in it countless geniuses from fiction and reality alike united. To understand why everything even happened.
At the same time , Vestiges began to appear a bit more often than usual , yet these people and remnants , so focused on fighting each other , only Herta's Society began seeing patterns , speculations , and realization , something was weakening. At a very rapid pace as well , suddenly Vestiges begin to appear too often , destruction from its trails.
A splash of cold water and realization that came a little too late , in shambles after wars , what do they do? Yet there are still those too stubborn , thus causing cooperation to be difficult , until it reaches a truly dangerous point , one where one wrong move can erase this world.
The End [Arc 5]
A realization dawned among both humans and remnants alike , the world will never return to how it was , there is no such thing as a truly happy ending where no one dies and everybody lives happily ever after. This isn't a disney movie , this isn't a fictional story , this is reality. A new reality , and at least for now , before anything else. They must first survive.
Once more they unite , for these vestiges can no longer be ignored , in a war fought by humans and remnants alike , allies forged from desperation , from pain and fear , at the same time a breakthrough from Herta's Society was discovered. The existence of Loki was found , and how we see him weakened , on the verge of collapse , how the truth came to light , his mistake of the past , and how he atoned for his mistake
However rage can be saved for later for there lies an immediate problem , Loki was about to break , Vestiges would soon appear in far greater quantities , and that boundary shall soon break , a war soon ensued one where Remnants and Humans alike united to fight these Vestiges , even with the help of the Pillar of Continuation , can they truly win this battle? For reality continues to break as the boundary between reality and fiction continues to fade.
In the end hope arrives in an unexpected manner , as Loki finally falls to a deep slumber , at the same time The pillar of Deviation and Conclusion has decided to fight alongside them. "The Family" has finally acted , not out of pity , instead out of memory , for they were once human too.
Epilogue
At the end of the entire story , ranging from just when arc 5 ended to a very long time in the future after arc 5 , this arc shall focus on what happens after the fight has ended. The after effects of everything that has happened. It shall focus on the views of the protagonists.
At the same time it shall focus on the daily lives of some factions an example being , "The Family" seeing how they live in this world that can never ever be the same , a story of how sometimes , what's needed is not overwhelming strength , but the reassurance of family , to remind even those at the apex what it means to be human
At the same time , we shall see the perspective of Elysia during the countless cycles that have failed before hand , Kiana who'd end , Klein who'd either go crazy or emotionless , Loki who'd fall too fast , Violet who'd never interfere due to lack of interest , Acheron who'd destroy the world for no one could contain her power.
