The Avengers sending Wolverine to destroy the Los Solaris cartel is proof that the Avengers know there are certain enemies who don't deserve a second chance.
But now that the nuclear warhead is in a safe place, it's time to go after Raskolnikov.

Interesting, it seems Doctor Doom isn't the only one with a time machine.
Marco was near a secret Russian base in the city of Omsk.
The -20°C temperature in the harsh Russian winter would make anyone give up, but Marco wasn't like that when he was a marine, nor as an urban anti-hero; now, as a mutant, nothing will stop him.
Marco senses the Ki of the Russian soldiers and Raskolnikov at the base and says:
"There are 600 people at the base, so it won't be difficult at all. Let's take this base down."
Cooler then says:
"Come on, this has gone too far." Cooler says.
Marco then orders:
"Duplicate yourself and don't let anyone leave the base." Marco orders.
Cooler then duplicates himself into 20 clones and surrounds the base.
Marco flies and unleashes a burst of energy on the base, destroying the tanks and helicopters to prevent them from escaping.
Marco lands at the base and begins killing soldiers in a matter of seconds.
After killing all the soldiers, Marco arrives in a room and finds Russian scientists and a tall, gray-haired, blue-eyed man.
Marco unlocks his .45 and asks:
"Who among you is known by the nickname Raskolnikov?" Marco asks.
The Russian scientists didn't understand anything, but the gray-haired man chuckled slightly and replies:
"You're the famous Frank Jr., the Punisher. I never thought you'd make it here to Russia. The rumors are true; you're no longer an ordinary human, you've become a mutant. I am Raskolnikov." Raskolnikov replies.
Marco then says:
"You know why I'm here, but there's something you're hiding, and it's best not to hide anything, or you already know what will happen." Marco says.
Raskolnikov then says:
"I doubt you can stop what's happening here and at other secret Russian bases. Even as a mutant, you're not yet at your level of performance." Raskolnikov says.
Marco then asks:
"Are you going to reveal what you're building, or will I have to be more forceful?" Marco asks.
Raskolnikov then replies:
"It's no use, the other bases are at a more advanced stage. If you destroy this base, you'll have others that will be able to complete what we're doing." Raskolnikov replies.
Marco then shoots Raskolnikov in the leg and asks:
"Will you reveal it or not?" Marco asks.
Raskolnikov replies with great pain:
"Do you think I'm going to reveal it? What's happening here isn't something far beyond your reach; you can kill me and the scientists, and they won't reveal anything." Raskolnikov replies.
Marco then says:
"Okay, I really did come here to kill you." Marco says.
Marco then shoots Raskolnikov in the head, killing him and releasing a gray orb. He repeats the same process with the scientists.

Instead of a time machine appearing in front of you, the system points a compass showing the direction the time machine was facing.
After walking a few meters, he finds a room that was locked with a vibranium door. Marco rips the door off with his strength and finds a time machine.
Marco sees a car that looks like the DeLorean from the Back to the Future franchise.
Marco gets into the Russian DeLorean and sees that the year 1713 is displayed on the screen.
Marco then sees that he is in a room with no way out, and realizes that the Russians had discovered a way to go back to the past, thanks to a portal that was opened by the monitor.
Cooler then appears in front of Marco and asks:
"Wasn't it just about killing Raskolnikov? What are you going to do now?" Cooler asks.
Marco then replies:
"The Russians are traveling back in time to the reign of Peter the Great; nobody knows what they intend to do by going back in time. I think it's best to stop them." Marco replies.
Cooler then says:
"Do you want to become a hero? Soon you'll be wearing a cape." Cooler says.
Marco laughs and says:
"I wouldn't wear a cape even if my father asked me to, or if Black Widow had a fetish for guys wearing capes during sex." Marco says.
Cooler then says:
"Okay, I guess you'd never fit into a group of heroes like the Avengers or the X-Men." Cooler says.
Marco then orders:
"Duplicate this and keep this secret base under control until I return." Marco orders.
Cooler then duplicates himself until he has 50 clones of himself, and they spread throughout the base.
Cooler then gets into the Russian DeLorean and orders one of his clones:
"Turn on the portal activation button on the monitor." Cooler orders.
Cooler's clone activates the button that opens the portal, and a plain with frontline soldiers begins to appear on the other side.
Marco closes the door of the Russian DeLorean and says:
"Here we go, early 18th century!" Marco says.
Marco accelerates the Russian DeLorean and drives through the portal.

After passing through the portal, Marco hears distant shots from a smoothbore musket, but then a T-35 tank appears on the horizon.
Marco gets out of the Russian DeLorean and says:
"This definitely shouldn't be here." Marco says.
The T-35 tank fires at Marco, who simply kicks the hollow-charge projectile away and destroys the tank with a blast of energy.
Cooler gets out of the Russian DeLorean and says:
"The Russians decided to conquer the world at the beginning of the 18th century? This was expected of the Hydra, fueled by the dreams of a thousand-year Reich. We will save the world from everyone being Orthodox and eating stroganoff." Cooler says.
Marco laughs and says:
"If the Russians can use technologies from two centuries ahead, we will also use technologies from two centuries ahead. Vodka, Pushkin, Dostoevsky, Tolstoy are all good, but Russian stroganoff rivals English cuisine." Marco says.
Marco pulls a Pym capsule from his pocket, uses it to miniaturize the Russian DeLorean, and puts it back in his pocket.
Marco then says:
"Now we're going to stop the world from speaking Russian." Marco says.
