We retreated to our bedroom after the 'seventh sense' talk.
To me, it was total nonsense.
So I had to make it make sense.
The room was rather dark with still no power to turn the light on, so we sat on the floor in a triangle with a candle between us as if it was a campfire.
"So, are you guys going to tell me what's really going on?" I asked as soon as we settled down.
Karuhi looked at Senne, then me, then Senne again.
"Do you know what this is?"
She turned her back on us, then began to take her—Brian's—top off.
"What are you doing?!"
I tried to stop her but it was too late. Once her bare—pale and beautiful—skin was exposed though, I was immediately wowed by a beautiful tattoo between her shoulder blades, running along her spine. I couldn't recognize what the shape was even meant to be, but it was an extremely intricate pattern.
"Do you recognize this?" Karuhi asked Senne.
