'Where is that coming from?'

The subsequent screams gave me a clue to where the commotion was coming from. The place I was heading toward––the hunting tents.

Was it already time for the things to happen? I thought I would arrive in time, but it seemed I was late.

In my memory, it was at dusk when things fell apart, not in broad daylight like now.

Suddenly, a wave of anxiety washed over me. Was the only difference from my memory the earlier timing? Could the damage possibly be worse than I remembered?
