"Are you coming along today?"
"Yes, my lady."
Sir Joseph explained beside Tev who answered briefly.
"He has shown significant improvement, and we believed it would present a favorable opportunity for him to gain experience in on-site escorting. Would that be acceptable to you, my lady?"
He seemed to be asking if it was okay to take Tev, who wasn’t an official knight, as a guardian knight.
Tev was a trainee who hadn’t yet proved his skills, and a guardian knight sometimes made or broke the master's reputation. So, if it were others, it could be a situation to be a little uncomfortable with… but not for me.
