Chapter 35 - Trouble with the vampires

In one swift thrust Logan was buried in Hancock's pussy again.

At that point her body was already tired, barely holding on to consciousness. For the first time in a century, Hancock felt truly like a woman.

Trouble with the vampires

// 1937, January 23rd //

""Men who rose from their tombs instead of passing on to the afterlife. They roamed the night spreading pestilence, famine, war...and as van Helsing has already stated...death…" Mother in law… are you really interested in this old story book as a reliable source of information for our problem?" After reading the first line of the first chapter of the book named "night walkers", Xu Wenwu looked at Hancock and asked honestly. The two of them were sitting in a luxurious room in Hancock's private Villa in Rusukaina.

"You tell me yourself Wenwu... You have lived over a thousand years. I, myself, have lived over 150 years. Do you think the existence of another mythical race is false?" Hancock asked back with interest.

"Of course not. I am not that stupid. In fact I have fought with those creatures who called themselves vampires in the past. But it was over 600 years ago. Back then I had killed every single one of them by exposing them to sunlight after I learnt their weakness. At least I made sure that the ones I found did not escape. I never searched for them afterwards. It seems that I underestimated their capabilities." Wenwu admitted to himself.

Hancock snapped the book she was holding shut before placing it on the table in front of her.

"Vampires, scientific name : Homonus nocturna, are believed to be magically reanimated human corpses which are inhabited by the spirits of the dead persons and who closely resemble the living humans that they were before their transformation. Vampires feed and survive on the blood of the living, typically on that of humans, and they can also transform other humans into more of their kind by infecting them with their enzyme." Hancock took a sip from her hot chocolate milk before she looked at Wenwu again.

"This is the definition of vampires according to the book you're holding. And from our experimentation, we found that this definition is actually quite solid."

"You have a vampire?" Wenwu asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Not 'a'. We have quite a few of them. I have been trying to catch them for a long time. But I didn't have the resources. But after learning about the recent problems they have created, I decided to capture a couple of them. If you want to visit them you will have to go to the Jaguar lab. They were being held there.

But back to the topic, I believe that book is quite a reliable source of information on the vampires. After all, that book was one of the original copies written by the first vampire himself, just before his death.

According to that book, the race of vampires first appeared in the Pre-Cataclysmic Era, before the sinking of Atlantis and Lemuria, circa 18,500 B.C., when the Atlantean cult of the Darkholders used the power of the Chthon Scrolls in order to oppose King Kull, who had slain their leader, Thulsa Doom.

The result was Varnae, one of their own cult members who was raised as the world's first vampire. After turning into a full fledged vampire, Varnae quickly slew the other Darkholders and used them to found the vampire race, with himself as the Lord of the Vampires.

In 1459, finally feeling old and being tired of his ages-long existence, Varnae chose Vlad Dracula as his successor as the Lord of the Vampires, and imparted much of his supernatural power to him by forcing Dracula to drink his blood. Varnae then committed suicide by exposing himself to direct sunlight. At least that's what he mentioned that he was planning to do…" Hancock told Wenwu, and waited for his response.

"According to my source of information these creatures have a lot of influence over European countries, especially the United Kingdom of Britain. The reason for their current aggression is still unknown. But if my guess is correct then they were planning something big. While I have kept China secured, I can't say the same thing for India. They have started turning people into vampires quite blatantly since the past few months. And with the increasing tension between the European countries, I can say that something big is about to happen…" Xu Wenwu said seriously.

Hancock nodded, agreeing to his statement. Wenwu was a conqueror at heart. But he was not a mindless killer. He did not show aggression without reason. That's why his statement held a lot of weight. On top of that, the recent invitation she had received from Dracula already told her that something big is about to happen.

"You are not wrong. And that's why I had suggested you to repair your people. Magic and things related to it can't be predicted by our scientific logic. While I have been developing a virus to get rid of all the vampires from the world, it will take quite a while to do it.

To gather more information, I am going to visit Britain. Depending on my findings, we will make our move."

"That is fine by me… War is not something I would like to drag my family into…" Wenwu said solemnly.

It has been more than a decade since Hancock had taken back the position of the Empress as Sandersonia had left for China to stay with Wenwu. They had 2 children in total. Xu Xialing and Xu Shang-chi. Xu Xialing was born as a mutant having similar powers as her mother while Xu Shang-chi was born as a normal human who later awakened a strong healing factor as his mutation. Despite staying in business, at his core, Xu Wenwu was a family man. And that's why he was worried about starting a war.

"Don't worry… I intend to deal with the threat before it turns into anything big… by the way, I have some gifts for you." Hancock told Wenwu as she clapped twice. A servant appeared holding a large platter with four katanas on it.

Followed by that, Sabra brought a man bound by chains and a muzzle on his mouth into the room and slammed him on the ground roughly.

"He is a vampire. And I have found quite an interesting way to kill them. Why don't you choose one of these swords and use them on it?" Hancock asked Wenwu with a smile on her face.

Wenwu raised an eyebrow before he picked up the katana with the black hilt and black sheath.

*Shhhhnk*

Unsheathing the Katana, Wenwu looked at the material carefully. It didn't look much different from ordinary Steel. In fact, when he tested the material, it felt quite low quality Steel. But he had learnt not to underestimate anything presented by his mother in law.

"Why you!-"

The scream of the vampire was cut short as Wenwu plunged the Katana directly into his heart. The effect was immediate as the vampire started turning into dust. Within 10 seconds his entire body vanished.

"This is a new type of metal alloy we have developed recently. It might feel quite fragile but it has a special property. It can capture radiation and store it inside it. And apparently the radiation from the sunlight which is lethal for the vampires is abundantly available in this metal. If you behead them with it, then death is sure for these creatures." Hancock told Wenwu.

In reality, as soon as the vampire problem began, Hancock had brought Nichirin sword and Scarlet Crimson Iron Sand and Scarlet Ore from the system Store. After doing a little experimentation, she had created vampire slayer swords.
