I gently crouched down, washing my hair in the stream. I sighed heavily. The academy had been boring for days, especially after the bond chamber trial. I really did miss Elowen's tantrums.
I heard footsteps behind me, and Liora crouched beside me. She stared at me, blushing softly.
"What's wrong?" she asked, and I sighed. "The academy seems so boring. Nothing here is worthwhile," I said grumpily, and she giggled. I raised a brow, did I say something wrong?
"The academy isn't boring, it's just that no one wants to invite you over," she said, and I stared at her for a while before realizing.
"What's happening?" I asked, and her smile widened. She stood up, staring down at me. "Follow me," she said, and my eyes lit up hearing her words.
