Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: My VRMMO Game Glasses

The classes for this semester had ended, and one person was very excited about it—it was Saen.

Before his JavaScript class ended, his phone had rung with a notification, and it was that his VRMMO glasses had arrived at his house.

'Almost 6 months saving for these damn glasses! I'm finally going to have them,' thought Saen, very excited when he saw the notification.

He would finally be able to stay up late playing without worrying about the noise his neighbor the carpenter made at 1 AM on the weekends, and he would finally be able to extend his playtime.

Since when playing on his normal PC during his study days, he could only play for 1 hour, and with these glasses that slowed down time, that 1 hour of gameplay became 2 hours.

Since he was on vacation, he could play almost 8 real hours and with the glasses 16 hours, which practically meant he could live in the game.

He also thought about using those glasses to study in the game, since if they slowed down time, he would have more study and practice time to learn more programming languages.

The bell signaling the end of the exam period had already rung. He quickly went to the bus stop and waited for a while, thinking about everything he could do in the game.

When the bus arrived, there was no seat available for him, so he had to stand during the entire ride to his house. He ran into a childhood friend who was studying law.

Finally, he said goodbye to her and got off the bus. He ran to his house, greeted the security guard of the building, and asked for the package with the glasses without telling him what kind of glasses they were.

"Mr. Smith, did any package arrive?" said Saen, almost impatient.

Mr. Smith, who had the appearance of a 50-year-old man and was wearing his blue security guard uniform, said, "Yes, I think I saw something with your last name here, boy," said the guard with all possible respect.

"My last name is Saen Anderson," said Saen, even repeating the last name again so he wouldn't forget it while the guard searched among the packages.

"It was around here… ah, I found it, boy," said guard Smith as he handed him the package. "Have a good day, boy."

"Likewise, Mr. Smith. Have a good rest of the night."

The building's elevators were occupied and were on floors 24 and 15 respectively.

'It's always the same, these elevators fill up so fast,' thought Saen, worried and anxious to sit down and play.

Instead of continuing to wait for the elevator, he decided to go up the building's stairs, and he finally arrived tired at the 5th floor. He went to his house, which was simply a room with a bathroom and a kitchen.

He took the keys out of his pocket—they almost fell from the excitement—and finally inserted them into the door and opened it. The contained air of the room reached his nose.

He didn't care; in the end, he was used to leaving the windows of the house completely closed so that rainwater wouldn't get in.

With all that, he changed and put on the clothes he usually wore at home. He arranged the chair to sit down and play.

He opened the package, and the box of the glasses was decorated with the title "The Game: Yandere Girls in the Adventurers Guild."

Below the title, a girl with white hair casting a magic spell, with her level above her head, which was 100.

'I can't believe it, I have to open this quickly,' thought Saen.

He opened the box carefully, trying not to damage it, since he expected to keep it as a collection. These were his first Sensory Virtual Reality glasses.

Most glasses of this type could only contain one game due to their size, and once a game was installed, it couldn't be uninstalled. That's why the boxes and glasses were decorated with great detail to be completely thematic about the game.

He left the box on his desk where his PC was and was about to put on the glasses. It wasn't necessary to connect them to any device because they had their own operating system.

'Now I'm coming for you, yandere girls.'
